摘 要

2016年底以来在我国各大城市都出现了新兴的扫码解锁、随处可停的共享单车，并且很快风靡各大城市，同时在方便市民的同时，也出现了一系列的问题，为了给我国城市共享单车的发展策略提供相关的建议，促进我国共享单车的发展。通过对共享单车起源、发展的研究，运用问卷调查和现实实际使用的体验感受将共享单车现阶段存在的问题发现出来，结合共享单车目前的优缺点，以及共享单车迅速发展的原因，结合相关城市的发展征求意见稿，得出相关策略。我国共享单车的发展策略要在政府的相关法律法规下，依据相关问题和方法进行发展，因势利导的发展城市共享单车。

Development strategy of sharing bicycle in cities of our country

Abstract

Since the end of 2016 in China's major city have appeared new scan code to unlock, sharing the bike to stop anywhere, and swept the city quickly, at the same time in the convenience of the public at the same time, also appeared a series of problems, in order to provide our city development strategy for the sharing of bicycle related suggestions to promote China's development of bike sharing. Through the study of the origin and development of bike sharing, using the questionnaire survey and the reality of the actual use of the experience will share existing problems at present, find out the bicycle, bicycle with the advantages and disadvantages of current sharing, and sharing bicycle rapid development, combined with the development of city of the draft, draw relevant strategies. The development strategy of sharing bicycles in our country should be developed under the relevant laws and regulations of the government, according to relevant problems and methods, and develop the city sharing bicycles according to circumstances.

2017年春节后，我们注意到在南京市区的各主要街道的路边，一夜之间突然涌现出了颜色各异的单车。我们怀着好奇去了解了这些车，他们共同的名字叫做共享单车，这种扫码解锁，随处可停的单车极大方便了人们的出行，一场深刻改变人们出行的方式出现了。在这共享经济的大潮中人们更乐意进行尝试共享单车，这在一定程度上解决了城市通勤最后一公里的问题，但是在共享单车的发展过程中也存在着不少的问题，部分使用者乱停乱放，严重干扰城市交通，甚至有的使用者故意破坏锁将单车据为己用，令人愤慨。共享单车还对现有的城市交通造成了一定的冲击和影响，也伴有安全隐患，为了解决这些问题，探索共享单车的合理健康长远的发展，我们需要对此进行仔细的研究分析，将新兴的共享单车发展的更加适应城市和社会。
