摘 要

中药精油是从植物中通过各种提取方法提取得到的芳香类物质。它的作用有很多，比如说美白、补血、润肠通便、舒缓压力以及促进睡眠等，所以它也被称为“液体黄金”。本篇论文所要重点讲述的是复方中药精油在治疗脱发中的运用，在以前的研究中，我们知道了各种中药精油，比如说，生姜中药精油、迷迭香中药精油、何首乌中药精油、洋甘菊中药精油以及薰衣草中药精油都对治疗脱发有一定疗效。但是，它们单独作用时，由于治疗的精油过于单一，且依从性不好，其治疗脱发的功效不是非常显著。比如说，生姜中药精油单独治疗脱发时，生姜中的主要活性成分6-姜酚不仅不能产生生发效果，反而会抑制头发的生长，但是，这并没有否定生姜中药精油治疗脱发的效果，生姜中的其它成分，比如说姜精油、姜辣素、姜黄酮等都能刺激头皮的血液循环，加速血流的供给，从而促进生发；薰衣草中药精油在单独治疗脱发时，由于使用量过多，会造成肾脏负担，在中医理论中，肾脏控制头发的颜色和生长，有学者指出，肾脏负担加剧而导致的头皮无法“御外”也会加剧脱发；何首乌中药精油治疗脱发时，有一定的几率造成肝功能异常，同肾脏一样，肝功能异常也会导致脱发的产生。故本文致力于探索复方中药精油，即包含了生姜中药精油、迷迭香中药精油、何首乌中药精油、洋甘菊中药精油以及薰衣草中药精油等精油的复方中药精油对治疗脱发的效果。我们随机抽取了40例脱发患者，然后将40例脱发患者随机平均分为两组，治疗组和对照组，治疗组采用复方中药精油进行治疗，对照组采用椰子油进行空白对照，观察中药精油治疗脱发的功效。通过实验结果我们得知，由生姜精油、薰衣草精油、迷迭香精油、何首乌精油以及洋甘菊精油等中药精油配制而成的复方中药精油对治疗脱发有显著疗效。中药精油治疗脱发相比于西药治疗或单方中药精油有其独特的疗效，它能整体兼顾、标本兼治且价格较为低廉，更容易被广大患者接受。

Lavender traditional Chinese medicine essential oil in the treatment of alopecia alone, due to excessive use, will cause kidney burden, in the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, the kidney controls the face of hair Color and growth, some scholars pointed out that the increased burden of the kidney caused by the scalp can not "resist the outside" will also aggravate hair loss; When the essential oil of Polygonum multiflori Chinese medicine treats alopecia, there is a certain probability to cause abnormal liver function, like kidney, abnormal liver function will also lead to alopecia. Therefore, this paper is devoted to exploring the effect of compound Chinese medicine essential oil, including ginger traditional Chinese medicine essential oil, rosemary traditional Chinese medicine essential oil, Herbal medicine essential oil of Polygonum multiflori, chamomile Chinese medicine essential oil and lavender traditional Chinese medicine essential oil in the treatment of hair loss. The results showed that the compound essential oil of traditional Chinese medicine, such as ginger essential oil, lavender essential oil, rosemary essential oil, Polygonum multiflori essential oil and chamomile essential oil, had significant curative effect on hair loss. The treatment of alopecia with essential oil of traditional Chinese medicine is compared with that of western medicine or single prescription. Essential oil of traditional Chinese medicine has its unique curative effect, it can take into account the whole, treat both symptoms and root causes, and the price is relatively low, so it is easier to be accepted by the majority of patients.

据报道，脱发是在严重的心理压力、多系统疾病和用药后发生的。当代社会，由于饮食不卫生、压力过大、电子辐射等原因，脱发成为普遍的社会健康问题。^[1]近年来脱发状况在年轻人群中开始愈演愈烈，许多90后甚至00后的学生也加入到了脱发的行列，年龄在15-20岁之间的脱发队伍日益庞大，他们的身体还在生长发育，头发却过早的进入了衰退期，在淘宝等网售平台购入植发、护发用品的群体中，90后占比36.1%，年轻化的群体日趋成为脱发的主力军。^[2]同时，由于大众的健康意识越来越强烈，对于自我的外在形象也更加注重。所以，更加完善的治疗方案也亟待推出。脱发可能会合并白癜风、银屑病、甲状腺疾病、干燥综合征等自身的免疫性疾病。^[3]突如其来的脱发和损伤给脱发患者带来了心理和经济负担，增加了心理健康不良、自尊低下和精神疾病的风险。C.E.Battle^[4]等人提出，经过目前的研究可以发现，检查成年秃头严重患者的疾病发病率、性质和危险因素非常重要。斑秃是一种非瘢痕性脱发，它的产生无年龄限制，可发生于任何年龄，并且可发生在身体上任何有毛发的部位。^[5]化疗性脱发是化疗技术中一种常见的副反应，不同的药物治疗所产生的化疗性脱发的程度是不同的，但是，化疗性脱发并不属于永久性脱发，它是可以通过治疗而痊愈的。^[6]瘢痕性脱发的产生原因是由于头皮毛囊由于各种刺激受到损害，从而导致头发呈斑块状脱落。^[7]在现代医学中，已经有很多治疗脱发的方法，比如说采用激素治疗、采用接触致敏剂治疗、化学疗法以及手术移植等。^[8]但是，以上各种治疗方法都会产生不同程度的副作用，在治疗脱发的同时也会对机体产生不同程度的损害，并且上述治疗方法的价格均比较昂贵，这些因素的产生都使得脱发的治疗非常困难。在以前的研究中，我们更加注重将中药以汤剂的方式进行治疗，可是，口服中药治疗脱发效果并不显著，并且口服中药味道较苦，大多数患者无法接受，依从性较差。^[9]一些医学工作者也提出过使用中药膏剂进行治疗，但是，膏剂治疗较为油腻，涂抹于头皮上非常不舒服，所以其依从性也较差。^[10]相比之下，中药精油治疗脱发有其独特的优势，中药精油治疗脱发的副作用较小，且治疗的价格

较为低廉，这就使得中药精油治疗脱发的可行性程度比较高，更为被广大患者所接受。^[11]
