1. 毕业设计(论文)的内容和要求
1. 主要内容 制备嘧啶导向的吲哚类底物,通过廉价金属催化的交叉脱氢偶联反应实现吲哚类化合物的2位氰甲基化。
2. 要求 (1)掌握有机合成的基本操作,能够进行化学合成实验; (2)阅读相关文献设计实验方案; (3)对制备出的目标产物进行表征; (4)撰写实验报告。
