1. 毕业设计（论文）的内容和要求

1、 内容 在试验过程中，制定出一套试验方案，也就是具体步骤，即：1、以dss进行动物给药造模2、柠檬苦素给药治疗3、数据处理。

本研究建立dss诱导的小鼠结肠炎模型，并采用柠檬苦素进行治疗，评价柠檬苦素的抗炎作用。

2、要求 （1）掌握文献查阅的一般方法，学会使用计算机在中国期刊网，维普数据库，超星数字图书馆，sci等检索资源上查阅关于细胞凋亡的相关文献。
