1. 毕业设计(论文)的内容和要求
卡拉胶降解酶的应用十分广泛,可用于制备具有多种生物活性的卡拉胶寡糖,具有重要的理论研究意义和应用价值,本课题将对前期筛选出的一株产卡拉胶酶的海洋细菌进行鉴定,并对其产酶条件及酶活进行研究,为进一步挖掘该菌株产酶资源奠定基础。
