摘 要
苯胺是工业生产中的重要中间体,大量含苯胺及其衍生物的废水排入自然环境中,会对水域及周边土壤造成严重污染,危害人体健康。苯胺类废水因排放标准的不断提高,变得更加难处理。
在生物处理过程中,引入高效菌种对苯胺类废水独特的难降解性是大家所特别关注的问题,这就需要菌种菌种有高效的降解能力。
基于以上问题,本实验通过驯化富集培养,我们从实验室中分离、筛选出一株高效苯胺降解菌。我们通过过对其形态特征和生理生化进行了Biolog生物分析仪鉴定及16S rDNA测序法进一步鉴定,该菌与Ochrobactrum anthropi相似度为0.761,与基因库中Ochrobactrum anthropi ATCC 49188 的16S rDNA 序列相似性高达98%,实验室编号此菌为ADB1309,该菌为革兰氏染色阴性,细胞呈短杆状,菌落的颜色为米白色、形状为圆形、表面光滑湿润。在苯胺无机盐液体体培养基中,苯胺的最高耐受浓度可达到4000mg/L。

An efficient aniline degrading bacteria degradation conditions and processes preliminary study
ABSTRACT
Aniline is an important intermediate in the industrial production , a large number of aniline waste water was discharged into the natural environment ,causing serious pollution to the waters and the surrounding soil, and harm to human health . With the continuous improvement of the discharge standards, aniline wastewater treatment increasingly difficult.
One of the main attractions of using bacteria for aniline degradation is that ,unlike other chemical treatment methods,no second-time pollution is produced.In the biological treatment process of wastewater,however,because of aniline unique refractory,find efficient bacteria are a problem.This require that these bacteria have a strong degradation of the efficiency of aniline.
Through domestication , an aniline degrading bacteria was isolated from activated sludge of laboratory and chemical plants neighboring. According to its morphology and biochemical properties,and Biolog bioanalyzer,and 16S rDNA sequence analysis, the strain has an similarity of 0.761 with the Ochrobactrum anthropi in existing database, Use 16S rDNA sequencing to identify further, The 16SrDNA sequence has an high similarity of 98% with Ochrobactrum anthropi ATCC 49188 in Genbank, laboratory Number ADB1309.The results showed that the strain were Gram-negative cells and short rod, the colony color was beige, the shape was round and the surface was smooth and moist . In liquid medium, the maximum tolerated concentration of aniline up to 4000 mg/L.
