本项目拟通过深层发酵银耳菌株的方法高效制备银耳多糖,改进提取纯化工艺,提高胞外多糖产量,解析银耳胞外多糖的分子量、一级结构等特征参数。

2018.03-2018.04 胞外银耳多糖的提取纯化 2018.04-2018.05 纯化后胞外银耳多糖性质分析、结构初步鉴定,完成毕业论文撰写。
