1. 毕业设计(论文)的内容和要求
在本组开发的酶学数据底层框架的基础上,开发芳香族化合物氧化还原酶的子库,构建一个综合蛋白质序列、催化位点、结合位点与结合底物、3D结构表征及其功能注释的数据库。
最后,通过引入酶学突变数据,构建一个表征突变特性预测模型。
