摘 要
随着印染工业的发展,废水排放量越来越多,对环境造成的影响也越来越大,因此治理印染废水已经成为当下十分重要的事情。印染废水是较难处理的工业废水之一,它具有几个显著的特点:色度较高、污水水量较大、有机物的含量较高。
本次设计拟用厌氧水解酸化 生物接触氧化 活性炭吸附的方法处理印染废水。该设计具有以下几个优点:工艺简便,成本较低,具有一定的技术先进性,运行操作简单,且废水经处理过后,能达到排放的标准,从而在很大程度上降低了对环境的影响。
同时,伴随着我国经济的飞速发展,水源被污染和水资源缺乏已成为影响我国印染行业发展的重要因素。因此印染行业应当选择节能低碳发展的道路,从长远的角度来看,废水回收再利用是一个明智的选择。

30,000 Tons/day Waste Water Treating Design of Silk Fabric Printing and Dyeing Factory
Abstract
With the development of printing and dyeing industry, waste water had increased fast.It had brought serious pollution to our environment. Therefore, the treatment of the waste water had become a very important thing currently.Waste water from printing and dyeing industry was a kind of water which was the most difficult to be treated .It has several obvious features such as high chroma, large quantity and high content of organic compounds .
The treatment processes of anaerobic hydrolysis acidification +biological contacting oxidation biological carbon pool had used in this paper to treat waste water.The design had the following characteristics: simple process, low costs, advanced technology and simple operation. After treating waste water would obtain the discharged standards and reduce the influence on our environment.
Meanwhile, with the rapid development of our economy, the lack of water and water pollution had become an important factor which may affect the development of printing and dyeing industry. Therefore, printing and dyeing industry must take the road of energy-saving and low-carbon. In the long term, recycling waste water is a wise choice for us.
