壳聚糖-海藻酸钙微胶囊的缓释应用性能研究毕业论文

摘 要
以薄荷香精为芯材,壳聚糖、海藻酸钙为壁材,吐温-80为乳化剂,采用复凝法,通过高压静电场力对香精进行包埋,制备壳聚糖-海藻酸钙微胶囊。采用电子显微镜、红外光谱分析仪、热重分析仪等分析方法分析了香精微胶囊的化学性质、表面形貌。采用紫外-可见分光光度计研究了各个因素对缓释性能的影响,最终确定了制备最佳缓释效果的微胶囊配方:壳聚糖浓度为2%,海藻酸钠浓度为1.5%,氯化钙浓度为1.5%,芯材:乳化剂=1:1,芯材:壁材=2.4:1,复凝pH值为2.5,红外光谱分析表明香精包埋成功,平均粒径为367.59µm,装载率为19.5%,包埋率为65.4%。通过进行微胶囊的缓释性能测试证明了其具有较好的缓释效果。

Sustained-release performance of chitosan-calcium alginate microcapsules
Abstract
Peppermint essence was used as core material, chitosan and calcium alginate were used as wall materials, Twain -80 was used as emulsifier. the chitosan alginate microcapsule was prepared by embedding the essence with high voltage electrostatic field by means of re-coagulation. The chemical structure and surface morphology of flavor microcapsules were analyzed by means of electron microscope, infrared spectrum analyzer and thermogravimetric analyzer. UV spectrophotometer was used to study the influence of various factors on the sustained release performance. Finally, the formulation of microcapsules with the best sustained-release effect was determined. The concentration of chitosan was 2%, the concentration of sodium alginate was 1.5%, the concentration of calcium chloride was 1.5%, the core material:emulsifier =1:1, the core material: wall material =3:1, and the coagulation pH value was 2.5. The infrared spectrum analysis showed that the essence was successfully embedded and the average particle size was 367.59µm, loading rate was 19.5%, encapsulation efficiency was 65.4%. The sustained-release performance of the microcapsules was tested and the results showed that the microcapsules had a good sustained-release effect.
