城市生活污水处理现状研究

摘要：现今，随着城市规模不断的扩大，城市人口不断的增大，使得城市生活污水水量不断增大，水质不断复杂，对城市污水处理技术要求也越来越高。如果处理不好生活污水，对环境和排放的水体污染都是巨大的。本文对城市生活污水处理现状进行了研究，简单介绍了现有的主要的生活污水处理技术，同时针对现有技术提出生活污水处理技术，探讨其发展趋势。

Study on the present situation of Municipal domestic sewage treatment

Absrtact: nowadays, with the continuous expansion of urban scale and the increasing of urban population, the quantity of municipal domestic sewage is increasing and the water quality is becoming more and more complicated. The technical requirements for urban sewage treatment are becoming more and more high. If domestic sewage is not treated properly, the pollution to the environment and the discharged water body is enormous. This paper studies the present situation of municipal domestic sewage treatment. This paper briefly introduces the main domestic sewage treatment technology, and puts forward the domestic sewage treatment technology in view of the existing technology, and probes into its development trend.

1 引言

我国目前的水资源总储存量在27000亿m³，人均所占2300m³的水资源总量。经预测到2030年，我国人口会增加至17亿，人均水资源则下降至1600m^3［1］。按照国际水资源标准，人均所占水资源低于1700m³的国家均为水资源缺乏国家，可见我国虽然水资源丰富，但人均水量不高，同时还存在空间、时间分布等问题。此外，据测算，全国县、镇、村每年产生生活污水80多亿吨，占全国总排水量的50%^[2]。所以，积极保护水资源是十分有必要的，这其中对生活污水的处理也显得尤为重要，将生活污水处理达标排放，不但保护了水体资源，而且更有可能将其回用节约水资源。生活污水处理技术的提高也得到了许多学者和社会人士的关注，成为了社会及国家的热点问题。同时，污水回用技术的使用和前景也备受关注，因此，增加生活污水处理厂的数量及其扩建便成为了当务之急^［3]。
