摘 要

论文首先介绍了“航海英语听力与会话”课程的教学现状。“航海英语听力与会话”课程作为航海技术专业学生必学的一门课具有非常重要的地位，而航海英语能力又是航运业中必不可缺少的专业技能，突破“航海英语听力与会话”教与学对于我国航运业的发展具有重大意义。在当前国内大学航海英语会话课程教学方面，教学方法因为受到传统应试教育的影响，所以其根本教育方法没有得到根本改变，例如课堂教学无法做到全英语教学，课程教师在某些程度无法与航海英语专业所匹配，学生课后学习情况无法得到及时反馈，特别是在教学上只是以学生通过“航海英语听力与会话”评估考试为目标，忽视了学生在实际生活中的运用。

论文通过对国内高校“航海英语听力与会话”课程现状分析，提出具有创造性和实用性的措施，包括根据不同地区不同学校实施适合学生的教学方案；教学老师在教学过程中对学习能力不同的学生进行分班教育；现实环境下对学生进行英语会话能力的教学；结合网络共同提升与检测学生的航海英语会话能力；通过模拟现实航运过程中让学生切身体会到航海英语会话；通过其他专业课程半英语教学方式全方面地提升学生英语会话能力。深刻且透彻地分析“航海英语听力与会话”课程教学方法的优缺点，同时将国内优秀的课程教学方法和文中提出的措施相结合。从实际案例出发，把传统教学案例与改革创新之后的教学案例做系统的比较，其比较结果用于指导研究“突破航海英语会话能力交与学”的改革与创新。在突破创新中要因地制宜，具体措施不能脱离实际，在已有的教学方法中做出改变或者做出发展都是对“航海英语听力与会话”的发展提供帮助。预测与分析在当前“航海英语听力与会话”适任证书通过率不高和实际航海英语应用不多的情况下，如何突破与创新，以及改变之后的结果和适应情况。

研究结果表明进行突破创新之后的“航海英语听力与会话”课程，在一定程度上改变了学生的学习思考方法与学习目标，弥补了学生“航海英语”学习方面上的一些不足，在创新之后，与之前不同的教学方法，一定程度上提高了学生的听说能力与实际运用能力，对于突破“航海英语听力与会话”教与学有重要意义。

Abstract

First of all, the paper introduces the present situation of the teaching of nautical English listening and conversation. Nautical English listening and conversation course plays a very important role as a necessary course for students majoring in navigation technology, and navigational English ability is an indispensable professional skill in the shipping industry. breaking through the teaching and learning of nautical English listening and conversation is of great significance to the development of China's shipping industry. In the current teaching of nautical English conversation course in domestic universities, the teaching method has not been fundamentally changed because of the influence of the traditional examination-oriented education, such as the classroom teaching can not achieve all-English teaching. To some extent, the course teachers can not match the maritime English majors, and the students' after-class learning situation can not be fed back in time. Especially in teaching, it is only aimed at students passing the "nautical English listening and conversation" assessment test, ignoring the students' application in real life.

Based on the analysis of the current situation of the course "nautical English listening and conversation" in domestic colleges and universities, this paper puts forward some creative and practical measures, including implementing teaching programs suitable for students according to different schools in different regions; teaching teachers to teach students with different learning abilities in different classes in the teaching process; teaching students' English conversational ability in the real environment; Combined with the network to improve and test students' maritime English conversation ability; through the simulation of real shipping process to let students personally experience nautical English conversation; through other professional courses semi-English teaching methods to improve students' English conversation ability in all aspects. This paper deeply and thoroughly analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the teaching methods of nautical English listening and conversation, and combines the excellent domestic teaching methods with the measures proposed in this paper. Starting from the actual cases, this paper makes a systematic comparison between the traditional teaching cases and the teaching cases after the reform and innovation, and the results of the comparison are used to guide the research on the reform and innovation of "breaking through the communication and learning of maritime English conversation ability". In the process of breakthrough and innovation, measures should be taken in accordance with local conditions, and specific measures should not be divorced from reality. Changes or developments in the existing teaching methods are all helpful to the development of nautical English listening and conversation. To predict and analyze how to break through and innovate, as well as the results and adaptation after the change, under the circumstances that the passing rate of the competency certificate of "Maritime English listening and conversation" is not high and the actual application of nautical English is not much.

The results show that:After the breakthrough and innovation, the course "Maritime English listening and conversation" has changed students' learning thinking methods and learning goals to a certain extent, and made up for some deficiencies in students' learning of "nautical English". Different teaching methods improve students' listening and speaking ability and practical application ability to a certain extent. It is of great significance to break through the teaching and learning of nautical English listening and conversation.

第1章 绪论

研究目的与意义

通过对国内航海英语会话能力教育与学习的研究，本论文拟提升本科航海英语会话课堂的学习效率以及学生个人航海英语会话能力。随着我国航运业的不停的增长与进步，对高级船员的需求量也在不断提高。在与国际化航运业接轨的同时，中国船员在与外籍船员语言沟通交流方面还是存在比较大的问题。推动航运业的发展不再单单是驾驶技术的提升以及船舶科技的发展，作为船员更重要的是实际沟通交流能力的提升。而本科教育的航海英语会话能力课程是培养船员语言交流能力的基础课程，所以要在航海英语会话能力教与学的课程中找到突破，研究航海技术专业学生学习课程和教师课堂教授的方法，同时结合两方面寻找适合当下航海英语课程教学的方法，进一步提升上课效率与本科学生航海英语会话能力。

航海英语会话能力教与学存在的主要问题在于我国航海类专业本科生的航海英语交流水平普通偏低、应用能力不足、专业英语名词不懂，只停留于书本上的单纯记忆与写作，而没有运用到实际生活与工作中去，在听说方面问题较大，与人沟通交流方面能力欠缺。作为本科教学的“航海英语”课程，如果课堂教学任务不再仅是单方面的输出教育，而是充分发挥航海技术专业独特的优势，让教师与学生在课堂上充分互动，并且营造模拟航海环境，练习会话，提高学习效率，从而更进一步提升学生会话能力，使学生更好地适应未来航运业的发展。本研究将对各种教学方法进收集、分析、对比，结合自己的学习认识，总结出适合我国航海技术专业本科生航海英语会话能力的学习与教授方法，最终目的是为了更好的提升课堂学习效率，提高学生航海英语的交流能力与专业能力，在本科期间尽可能提高未来中国船员航海英语的实际应用能力。

国内外研究情况

目前我国“航海英语听力与会话”教材是由中国海事服务中心组织编审的全国海船船员适任考试培训新版教材，是由人民交通出版社于2008年8月出版《航海英语听力与会话（王建平、阮巍等编著）》[^[1]]。教材内容编著方面紧追当下内容与适任证书考试要求相符合，教材的内容与设计完全符合当下各大院校每天的
