摘 要

公共服务近年来越来越被人们所重视，特别是农村公共服务。在与城市公共服务的强烈对比之下的差异之后，农村的农民对于公共服务的重视程度呈现上升的趋势。公共服务作为一种社会生活的基础，在很大程度上，对村民的生活质量有着深远的影响。浦口区作为一个重要发展的新型城乡，公共服务的发展面临着很多新的挑战和问题。

本文联系当下的实际情况，对浦口区公共服务做了详细的探讨。本文首先从公共的一般理论出发，从理论中得出启发，并将有效的理论融合到公共服务的分析中去。并且从浦口区的现实情况出发，过对浦口区农村公共服务进行了现状分析，从而探析出浦口区农村公共服务的特征和问题。并寻找相关的农村社会保障建设的案例分析，来吸取其精华之处，来寻找浦口区在发展农村公共服务时的突破口，以更好的提供农村公共服务的质量。本文的最终目的是想要通过城乡公共服务的各方面的对比，以实现城乡均等化。

Study on rural public service issue in Pukou District of Nanjing City

Abstract

Public services pay more and more attention on recent years, especially the rural public service. In strong contrast with the urban public service after the difference of farmers in rural public service value showed a trend of rising. Public service as the basis of a kind of social life, to a large extent, had a profound influence on the quality of life of the villagers. 9th as an important development of new urban and rural areas, the development of public service faces many new challenges and problems.

The present actual situation, this paper on the 9th make a detailed discussion on public services. This paper starting from the general theory of the public, draw inspiration from the theory, and the theory of effective integration into the analysis of the public service. And starting from the reality of pukou, pukou rural public services for the analysis of the situation, so as to analysis the pukou characteristics and problems of the rural public service. And find the relevant case analysis of the construction of the rural social security, to absorb its essence, to find the breach of the 9th in the development of the rural public service, in order to better the quality of the rural public service. The ultimate purpose of this article is to want to urban and rural public service all aspects of the contrast, in order to realize urban and rural equalization.
