浅析企业员工培训与开发的问题与对策研究-以江苏中广置业集团为例毕业论文

摘 要
随着科学技术不断推陈出新,21世纪俨然已成为对人才和人力资源的竞争时代。培训与开发环节作为人力资源管理的六大基本板块之一,在保证组织成员在相关要求下,可以进行个人绩效提升和工作经验的积累,提升企业以及员工自身的发展。本文首先描述员工培训与开发的概念及相关理论依据,接着以江苏中广置业集团为例,以调查问卷为载体,结合该企业员工培训与开发工作的现状,提出重视度不够、培训方法单一、培训针对性不强、忽视企业文化的传承等问题,最后通过对该公司的培训模式进行探讨之后,提出了完善员工培训与开发的对策,希望企业能够丰富培训方式、了解员工需求、加强企业文化的培训方面多做努力,并且能借此得到一些启示。

Analysis on the Training and Development of Enterprise Employees - Taking Jiangsu Zhongguang Real Estate Group as an Example
Abstract
With the continuous innovation of science and technology, the 21st century has become a talent and human resources competition era. Training and development as one of the six basic sections of human resources management, to ensure that members of the organization in the relevant requirements, can be personal performance improvement and accumulation of work experience, enhance the enterprise and the staff's own development. This paper first describes the concept of staff training and development and related theoretical basis, followed by Jiangsu Zhongguang Real Estate Group as an example to the questionnaire as a carrier, combined with the staff training and development of the status quo, put forward the degree of attention is not enough training methods, The training is not strong, ignoring the transmission of corporate culture and other issues, and finally through the company's training model to explore, put forward the improvement of staff training and development countermeasures, hope that enterprises can enrich the training methods to understand the needs of employees, strengthen corporate culture Of the training to do more efforts, and can get some inspiration.
