摘 要

随着信息化社会的到来，社会事件在网络上的曝光度越来越来高，大学生对网络事件的参与度也日益提高。网络事件是指在现实生活中发生的事件借由互联网这一媒介在网上传播，受到广大网民的关注并形成热议的事件。大学生积极参与网络事件是其公民意识和社会责任感的体现，但是，大学生在参与过程中也存在易受他人观点影响、非理性表达等问题，这些问题也突出了相关引导工作的重要性。为了了解大学生网络事件参与及引导的现状，本论文采用问卷调查法展开调查研究。问卷内容涉及大学生网络事件参与的程度、方式、动因、参与时的表现和引导情况。然后，结合调查结果和文献研究，分析了大学生网络事件参与引导工作存在的问题：引导工作滞后、引导方式重“堵”轻“疏”、大学生存在排斥引导的情绪；并分析了问题的成因：引导主体重视不足、引导队伍不成熟、大学生网络素养欠缺。最后，根据引导工作的问题和成因，对大学生网络事件参与的引导工作提出了几点建议：加大对引导工作的重视，加强引导队伍建设，注重大学生的网络素养教育，希望能对完善引导工作有所裨益。

Study on the College Students’ Participation in Net Affairs and the Guiding Strategies

Abstract

With the coming of information society, the rate of the revelation of social affairs is becoming higher, and the rate of college students’ net affairs participation is also becoming more regular. Net affairs are those that happened in real life, and are propagated on the internet ,which are focused and discussed widely by internet users. College students’ active participation in net affairs reflects their senses of citizenship and social responsibility. However, it also has some problems. For example, part of students are influenced easily by others’ views, they may have irrational remarks, and etc, all these problems show that the guiding work is necessary and important. In order to understand the present pro of college students’ participation in net affairs and the guiding work, this paper makes a study by the means of questionnaire. The content of this questionnaire includes participation degree, ways, motives, and performance of students, as well as the situation of guiding work. Then, according to the result of questionnaire and literature research, this paper analyses the following problems of guiding work: the guiding work lags behind the development of net affairs, the ways of guiding only focus on blocking, but ignore guiding, and students have the emotion of refusing guide; it also analyses the causes of these problems: the guiding body lacks attention to the guiding work, the guiding team is also immature, and part college students are lack of digital literacy. Lastly, this paper gives some suggestion aiming at the problems and causes of guiding work. For instance, the guiding body should enlighten attention to guiding work, focus on the team building, and pay more attention to the digital literacy education of college students. We do hope that these suggestion will be helpful to the guiding work.

选题背景

现今社会，互联网的发展速度远超大众所想，信息化社会逐渐形成，社会事件在网络上的曝光度越来越来高，大众通过网络便可知天下大小事，这必然使得网络事件的参与度日益增高。大学生是信息化社会的一个重要群体，其对网络事件的参与也必定是不可缺少的。大学生可以通过网络参与各类事件：国内外时政、社会民生、政策法规、突发事件等，他们在网络上可以宣泄自己的情绪、发表自身观点、提出诸多建议。大学生参与网络事件不仅有利于其了解社会，提高了公民意识，还对培养他们的社会责任感有所帮助。但是，由于大学生尚处于智力、思想的快速发展时期，还未形成较独立、成熟的思考方式，再加上网络上纷繁的情绪和言论，网络对大学生的思想形成、三观建立和道德养成也存在诸多不良影响。对大学生网络事件参与的现状及存在的问题有所了解具有重要的意义。

研究目的

本论文有两大研究目的：

第一，厘清大学生网络事件参与及引导的相关概念，分析大学生网络事件参与及引导的现状，包括参与方式、涉及的事件类型、参与动因和相关引导工作存在的问题及成因等，以期达到对大学生网络事件参与及引导情况有个全面的了解。
