摘 要

国家教育体系的核心是农村教育基础设施，也是农村城镇化发展的前提条件。新农村的建设发展和农村教育基础设施建设息息相关，紧密相连。在教育领域，如何使城市教育基础设施与农村教育基础设施共同发展，合理分配教育资源设施，促进农村教育基础设施的发展成为一个新的研究课题。农村教育基础设施建设为本文的研究对象，主要采用了文献分析、调查问卷与访谈方法对我国农村教育基础设施建设现状进行了实证研究。经过研究了解到，诸多问题存在我国农村教育基础设施建中。经过分析得出，农村教育基础设施建设主要受到落后经济发展水平、教育政策制度的偏差以及优先发展城市，而忽视了农村教育基础设施建设等因素的影响。针对以上原因，本文从教育基础设施建设经费的投入、合理规划教育基础设施的建设、完善基础设施建设的监管制度、合理利用现有资源等四个方面提出一些促进教育基础设施建设的对策，来推动农村教育基础设施建设的发展。

Problems and Countermeasures of Rural Education Infrastructure Construction in the Process of Urbanization Development---Taking Fengxian County of Xuzhou City as an Example

Abstract

The heart of the national education system is the rural education basic facilities, which is also the Precondition for the development of rural urbanization. The development of new countryside is closely related to the construction of rural education basic facilities. In the field of education, how to make urban and rural education basic facilities develop together, allocate educational resources and facilities rationally, and promote the development of rural education infrastructure has become a new research topic. As the research object of this paper, rural education infrastructure construction mainly uses literature analysis, questionnaires and interviews to carry out empirical research on the current situation of rural education infrastructure construction in China. After studying and understanding, a great deal of matters existing in the construction of rural education basic facilities in China. Through analysis, it is concluded that the construction of rural education infrastructure is mainly affected by backward economic development level, deviation of education policy and system, and giving priority to the development of cities, while neglecting the construction of rural education infrastructure and other factors. For the above reasons, this paper puts forward some countermeasures to promote the construction of education infrastructure from four aspects: investment of education infrastructure construction funds, rational planning of education infrastructure construction, improving the supervision system of infrastructure construction, and rational use of existing resources, in order to promote the development of rural education infrastructure construction.
