摘 要

律师的社会责任似乎成为一个热门的话题，这也是很多律师值得思考的问题。律师行业的发展关乎每个公民自身的切身利益，从律师的特点和作用来看，律师在促进经济社会发展方面发挥着直接的作用。律师在服务“十三五时期”与经济社会发展中肩负着重要职责，是依法治国的重要力量。在建设社会主义法治国家中，肩负着维护当事人合法权益、保障法律正确执行、促进社会公平正义的重要使命。

律师制度是中国特色社会主义司法治度的重要组成部分，是国家法治建设的重要标志。成为一个优秀的律师需要广泛的知识积累，敏锐的判断力，深厚的法律素养，高超的庭辩技巧与应变能力，严谨的思维习惯，精湛的书面表达能力，干练的仪表，敢于担当的魄力，锲而不舍的精神，忠于法律的品质，推动社会法治进步的理想信念等等。我认为，在律师的所有品质当中，努力承担律师的社会责任是一名有社会良知的律师首先应具备的品质。经查阅相关的资料发现，关于律师的社会责任，有两种不同的观点。一种是否定说，另一种是肯定说。我认为，律师应当承担一定的社会责任也一定能够承担起一定的社会责任。正如大众所期望的，律师行业应当多一份努力，多一份原则，承担更多的社会责任和积累更多法律知识，担负起律师的社会责任。

在社会主义市场经济环境下律师需要履行哪些社会责任？在现今时代环境下的社会责任表现如何？律师在履行社会责任时遇到的障碍是什么？如果解决这些问题？本文将围绕以上问题进行探讨。
