1. 毕业设计(论文)的内容和要求

1、 内容 在试验过程中,制定出一套试验方案,也就是具体步骤,即:1、动物给药造模2、动物模型验证3、机制研究4、数据处理。

本实验以雄性sd大鼠为研究对象,探讨奥硝唑对大鼠的生殖损伤,并研究其作用机制。

2、 要求 掌握文献查阅的一般方法,学会使用计算机在中国期刊网,维普数据库,超星数字图书馆,elsevier电子期刊,pub med,sci等检索资源上查阅关于雷公藤甲素毒性及小鼠睾丸损伤的相关文献。
