摘 要

在全球老龄化的背景下，我国的情况特别严峻，人口老龄化引起了一系列的社会问题。老年群体自身的免疫功能逐渐下降，生理机能开始退化，骨质疏松的人越来越多，并且肌肉逐渐减少，容易出现肌肉衰减症，如何提高老年人的生活健康指数成为社会关注的焦点。

现在市场上专门针对老年人肌力康复的训练器械研究较少，而相关受众人群数量庞大，经与导师商议，本设计将对老年人肌力康复训练器械进行改良设计研究，帮助老年人提高和改善身体各方面功能，增强肢体力量。

通过对老年人肌力康复训练器改良设计的市场、技术、用户调研明确产品设计定位，再通过造型规律、人机分析绘制出多种方案，进一步的深化完善之后选择最优方案。最后通过材料与工艺、人机尺寸等进一步完善造型设计并进行计算机模型制作，绘制效果图。期间进行产品结构设计，绘制产品的外观三视图和总装图，最终确定方案。

改良设计要满足现有训练器械的基本功能，以现有老年人康复设备作为改良设计的参考，并且具有成长性、造型简洁大方、线条自然柔和。

After consultation with the instructors, this design will carry out improved design research on the muscle rehabilitation training equipment for the elderly to help the elderly improve and Improve all aspects of the body and enhance limb strength.

Through the market, technology and user research on the improved design of the muscle strength rehabilitation training device for the elderly, the product design orientation is clarified, and then various schemes are drawn through the modeling law and human-machine analysis, and the optimal scheme is selected after further deepening and perfecting. Finally, through the materials and processes, man-machine size, etc., further improve the design and computer model, and draw the renderings. During the product structure design, draw the product's appearance three views and assembly drawings, and finally determine the plan.

狭义的康复器械一般是指医疗康复中人们用来康复训练与治疗、帮助相关受众人群身体功能提高或恢复的产品。广义的康复器械产品是指为了改善或提高功能障碍者的功能状况从而采用适配或针对性设计的任何器具、仪器、设备、技术和软件等。
