1.目的及意义

At present, the relevant design of the car has reached a bottleneck, and a new technological revolution is required to bring about subversive changes. A very important factor that hinders the development of the automotive industry is the energy issue. Fossil energy is non-renewable energy source. To solve the problem that fossil fuels will be exhausted and how to reduce the emissions caused by the burning of fossil fuels, governments have introduced some policies on new energy vehicles. In terms of automobiles that account for about one-third of the world's energy consumption, worldwide, with developed countries such as the United States, Japan, and Europe, most of the world's powerful countries have invested heavily in research and development of electric vehicles. In order to reduce carbon emissions and policy requirements, the development of new energy vehicles is an urgent task. When the policy is tilted, companies must respond quickly. In the case of new energy vehicles, it is wise to vigorously develop new energy vehicles. Buses are also an essential part of people's travel. After the bus power source is turned into electric power, the supporting chassis system and related brackets should also be adjusted accordingly to meet the relevant requirements of the normal driving of the car.

As a future development direction, new energy vehicles are the trend of the times. In order to save on research costs, the chassis system is fine-tuned while keeping the existing car layout as much as possible. Due to changes in the power source, the shape and interior space of the car are also affected accordingly, and corresponding changes are made. In order to adapt to the change of power source, the overall arrangement of the chassis should be adjusted accordingly without affecting the performance of the equipment and not affecting the internal space and the shape of the car. Either completely innovate, from scratch, design a car with a completely new structure. From concept to other specific structures, there is no experience of the predecessors, and it is completely from nothing. Both have their own strengths and each has its own shortcomings.

Proposed adoption of programmes and measures:

(1) Use the chassis platform. The chassis structure of the original platform is used, that is, the sub-frame is unchanged, and the working principle of the bottom plate system is unchanged.

(2) As the engine is cancelled, the power source changes and the chassis changes accordingly. Because the new power system replaces the original traditional engine, the braking system, steering system and transmission system of the new energy vehicle need to be adjusted accordingly. The motor speed is different from the engine and the drive system needs to be changed accordingly. Due to the addition of the battery and the cancellation of the engine, the front and rear load distribution changes, the braking force distribution changes, and the brake system makes adjustments.
