摘 要

自从1978年我国实行改革开放，国内企业发展迅速，在国民经济中发挥着越来越举足轻重的作用，同时为我国的经济增长做出了巨大的贡献。与此同时，我国的出口贸易额也不断的在刷新，中国已然成为世界性的贸易大国，毋庸置疑，出口企业扮演着关键的角色。

2005年7月21日开始，我国实行以市场供求的基础、参考一篮子货币来进行调节、有管理的浮动汇率制度。这次人民币汇率改革，重要的不是人民币升值多少，而是在于此次汇率制度的改变和汇率形成机制的变革，标志着我国将进入真正意义的浮动汇率时代。汇改以来，人民币汇率一路上升，这在很大程度上对外贸出口企业造成了很大的影响，本文旨在通过对汇率风险的理论分析以及对我国出口企业的汇率风险的现状分析对汇率风险防范制定出可行性建议和策略。

Of Chinese Export Enterprises

Abstract

Since the practice of the policy of Reform and Opening up in our country in 1978, Chinese enterprises have developed so quickly, playing an increasingly important role in the national economy and making great contribution to the economy increase. At the same time, our exports break the record every year. has become the big trade country worldwide. Absolutely, export enterprises have a key effect on the achievement.

Since July 21st, 2005, the managed floating exchange rate system which based on market supply and demand and with reference to a basket of currencies had come into force. The change of exchange rate(how much the appreciation of RMB) is not the point in this reform of RMB exchange rate regime. It is the reform of the change of the exchange rate regime and exchange rate formation mechanism. Which symbolize our country has enter the era of the true sense of floating exchange rate system. RMB exchange rate has been on the way of increasing rapidly since the reform. As a result , it has a serious effect on export enterprises in a large part. How to face the risk which the exchange rate brought has became an hot problem. Of course, export enterprises how to use reasonable and effective measures to deal with these problem became the real important subject of the development of enterprise.
