摘 要

据中国江苏网数据显示，江苏拥有众多的民营中小型企业，江苏省内的私营企业和个体工商户户数居全国第二位；而2013年民营企业出口额则首次逾千亿美元，占全省出口总额约三分之一，这也体现出江苏民营中小型出口企业对江苏的出口经济起到了至关重要的作用，同时，江苏的民营中小型企业也解决了江苏劳动人口庞大的这一问题。江苏省的经济发展水平从全国来看都是名列前茅的省份之一，江苏的经济发展对中国的经济影响深远在金融危机、汇率变动的大背景下，江苏民营中小型出口企业如何化危机为机遇成了这些企业需要面对的首要问题。本文着重探析了如何提升江苏民营中小型出口企业的国际竞争力的问题，这对这些企业乃至整个江苏的经济都具有非常重要的现实意义。

本文首先在综合分析了目前江苏省省内的进出口现状的基础上，再从江苏民营中小型出口型企业内部与外部存在的问题进行深度剖析，接着从国内因素与国外因素两个角度对制约江苏民营中小型出口企业提升国际竞争力的因素进行了归纳分析，最后针对这些问题以及制约因素提出了提升江苏民营中小型出口企业的国际竞争力的对策与措施。

随着世界经济的飞速发展，2001年，在我国参加世界贸易组织以后，许多民营中小型企业在政策的支持下都可以实现产品的出口经营，因此拥有了更广阔的世界市场。相对于大企业、国营企业，这些企业固然规模小、拥有的资金也少，但这些中小型企业的优势也是不容忽视的，比如民营中小型企业组织结构简单、决策计划迅速，对国民经济的影响逐步变大，再者，江苏民营中小型出口企业为江苏众多的劳动人口提供了良多的就业机会，同时促进了江苏地域产业链的不断壮大和发展，也造就了一大批具有卓越管理才能和经营才能的民营企业家们，而且满足了人们对产品多样化的需求和大量劳动人口的就业需求。
