摘 要

社会组织经过了一系列了的发展，同样的社会组织内部治理机制也经过了一系列的发展，逐渐的发展强大起来，并且在社会文化、政治、经济等方面发挥着不可替代的作用。目前，虽然我国的社会组织每年都在递增，但是和世界各国社会组织的数量相比，仍然比较少，质量上也比较低。因此，完善社会组织内部治理机制，不仅能够促进社会组织的发展，也能对和谐社会主义的发展带来重要的意义。

本文首先解析了社会组织、内部治理机制等相关概念的界定，其次对我国社会组织内部治理机制的发展现状进行了分析 ，再次对社会组织内部治理机制存在的主要问题以及存在这些问题的主要原因进行了阐述，最后对完善社会组织内部治理机制提出了相应的对策。

Abstract

With the development of reform and opening up,our country social organization has experienced a constant ,continuous development process, become an important force in China's socialist modernization.In terms of social and cultural, political,economic,play an irreplaceable role.At present,although our country's social organization in increasing every year,but compared to the number of social organizations around the world, still less,the quality is low. Therefore, how to perfect social organizations internal governance mechanism,better play to the role of social organizations in our country,to realize the goal of a harmonious society in our country has the practical significance.

This article first analyzes the social organization,management, internal management mechanism and other related concepts and meaning and function of the study of social organization internal governance mechanism,secondly introduces the status of our country organization mechanism research,analyzes the social organization of the main problems existing in the internal governance mechanism and the main causes of these problems, finally puts forward the countermeasures of perfecting social organization internal governance mechanism.

一、社会组织内部治理机制概述

（一）相关概念界定

1.社会组织

社会组织分为广义和狭义的社会组织，“广义的社会组织是指人们从事共同活动、自发组成的群体形式；狭义的社会组织指为了实现特定的目的而有意识的而组成的群体。”^[1]

一般来说，社会组织具有以下特征：

第一，具有民间性的特征。是指独立于政府之外的社会组织，它不受政府的束缚，可以自主的进行运行。

第二，具有组织性的特征。是指它有自己的组织章程，有合法的身份和地位，也有自己固定的人员和机构部门。

第三，具有非营利性的特征。就是社会组织不是以盈利为目的的，它一般通过募捐等形式得到资金，来完成社会组织的目标。

第四，具有志愿性的特征。社会组织是建立自愿的原则上，通常人们都是以共同的目标和愿景而组成的。
