摘 要

在当前的经济形势下，发展生产已成为国民经济的物质保障和国家产业结构的关键性问题，制造业对竞争力的重大改革，加快了我国经济的快速发展，并作为制造业的主要动力驱动我们的经济和发展方向[1]。目前，中国市场的竞争也越来越激烈，尤其是制造型企业存活有无比的压力，随着竞争对手的产量和价格上涨和劳动力资本信息，这些企业面临着不良的环境，企业要想利润越来越薄，变化市场环境越来越大的在激烈发展中出头，就必须加强企业的治理效率，改善生产流程和生产过程的灵活性，以及质量，摆脱生存危机和发展的空间，企业必须优化生产工艺，加强产品的稳定性和生产效率，市场的灵活性，降低了生产成本，并最终、提高竞争能力的目的。在论文中我使用文献研究法、对比研究法对南通中远造船厂的生产流程进行尝试性的优化剖析[2]，并通过实船的运用，证实了新的生产流程有更高的价值。

Study on the optimization of production process of COSCO Shipyard

Under the current economic situation, the development of the manufacturing industry has become the material guarantee for the national economy, the key problems of the national industrial structure, important reforms of international competitiveness, accelerate the the rapid development of China's economy, as the main driving force in the manufacturing industry, leading the direction of economic development (8). At present, Chinese has become increasingly fierce market competition, especially the huge pressure type manufacturing enterprise survival, with the output of competitors and rising prices and labor cost information, these enterprises are facing the adverse environment, enterprises want to profit more and more thin, changes in the market environment more and more intense in early development, we must improve the management efficiency of enterprises, improve the production process and process flexibility, and quality, get rid of the crisis of survival and development, enterprises must optimize the production process, improve product stability and production efficiency, market flexibility, reduce production costs, and ultimately, to improve the ability of competition. In this paper I use literature research method and comparative research method of Nantong COSCO shipyard production process to try to optimize the analysis (3) and through the use of real ship, confirmed the new production process has higher value.

第一章 绪论

1.1论文研究的目的与意义

通过研究以找出船舶建造过程中的损失问题，并分析这些问题之间的逻辑关系找到引起问题的诱因，并对主要因素进行整理，然后着重针对主要诱因进行优先优化和改善，以减少企业的损失。

传统造船模式向现代的造船模式的进步是主导作用，其中成组理论是核心的作用。我国船厂的生产流程与国外先进的生产流程相比，本质上的不同是在工艺流程上的差异。要进一步提高造船的能力与效率就必须将传统的造船模式转化为现代造船模式，并不断的进行流程优化，使得造船的效率得到大大的提高。
