随着计算机网络的快速发展，计算机网络已经成为人们获取的主要渠道,发布和传播信息,它在人们的生活起着非常重要的作用。网站的建设是非常著名的在计算机网络的应用,它已成为政府的一个重要组成部分,招聘单位信息化建设,甚至个人计算机网络应用程序。在线求职系统就是一个很好的例子。计算机网络招聘的优势如方便和快,受到大多数的雇主和求职者的青睐。网上求职招聘系统在当前市场全面提供大量的工作同时,也限制了很多工作的经验,在筛选求职者的信息上往往是浪费了很多时间。网上求职招聘系统专门为用户的工作网站,为用户申请工作有更多的工作经验,提高工作效率,为用户提供更多的就业机会,而且帮助更多的求职提供申请一份工作

这个主题的目的是建立一个在线求职招聘系统的设计与实现招聘单位招聘为基础,使用统一的数据交换标准,及时的数据更新,分工与合作信息收集发布机制,形成完整的在线求职招聘系统,在全国范围内为广大求职的用户和招聘单位提供求职和招聘信息平台。

The Recruit Management Information System Based on B/S Model

Abstract

With the rapid development of computer network, computer network has become a main channel of access to, and dissemination of information, it plays a very important role in people's life. The construction of the website is very famous in the application of computer network, it has become an important part of the government, employers informatization construction, and even personal computer network application. Online job system is a good example. Computer network recruitment advantages such as convenient and fast, favored by the majority of employers and job seekers. Comprehensive online recruitment system in the current market, provide a lot of work at the same time, also limits a lot of work experience, in the screening of job applicants information is often waste a lot of time. Online recruitment system specifically for the user's work site, for the user to apply for a job with more work experience, improve work efficiency, to provide users with more opportunities of employment, and help more job offer to apply for a job

The purpose of this subject is to build a online job recruitment system based on the design and implementation of recruitment unit recruitment, use the unified standard of data exchange, data update in time, division of labor and cooperation in information gathering release mechanism, form a complete online job recruitment system, across the country for the majority of the users for jobs and for employers to offer job search and recruitment information platform.
