摘 要

办公系统是以企业管理软件系统工程，以企业管理需求为基础，以IT技术为支撑，为企业提供数据信息的综合管理办法。 随着科学技术的发展，越来越多的管理软件出现在公众的面前，供企业使用。管理，是业务管理软件的有力补充。包括ERP、CRM、HR、PM、KM、OA等众多的办公系统软件开发。

本文首先介绍了办公自动化系统在当前社会的使用现状和课题研究的意义；接着介绍了本课题的实现过程中所要用到的开发技术；然后是系统的总体分析和设计；再后就是系统的详细设计与实现；最后，对自己实现的过程的一些总结与展望。

本文作者经过对各种J2EE框架的研究和思考，并结合实际的使用环境，还有考虑到敏捷开发的需求，将提出基于SSS(Spring Spring Data JPA SpringMVC)整合框架的办公自动化系统的实现。

最终，本文将通过结合这个这个J2EE框架并结合一些前端技术实现一个基于工作流的办公自动化的系统的实现。这个系统的实现将会给出一些想要快速开发办公自动化系统的中小型公司启发，在实际应用场景中会有很好的体现。

The realization of office automation system based on Workflow

Abstract

Office system is a business management software system engineering, based on enterprise management needs, with IT technology as the support, to provide enterprises with the integrated management of data information. With the development of science and technology, more and more management software appears in front of the public, for the enterprise to use. Management, is a strong complement to business management software. Including ERP, CRM, HR, PM, KM, OA, and many other office system software development.

we firstly introduce the office automation system in the current social situation and research significance; then introduced the implementation process to be used in the development of technology of this subject; then an overall system analysis and design; after is the detailed design of the system and implementation. Finally, to realize their process of some of the summary and outlook.

In this paper, the author through the research and Thinking on J2EE framework, and combined with the actual use of the environment, and considering the agile development needs, will be based on SSS (Spring Spring data JPA SpringMVC) framework of the office automation system, the realization of integration.

In the end, this paper will combine the J2EE framework and some front-end technologies to implement a workflow based office automation system. The realization of this system will give some to want to quickly develop the office automation system of small and medium-sized companies inspired, in the practical application of the scene will have a very good expression.
