摘 要

中国和日本都是亚洲地区不可或缺的国家，同时中日两国也是重要的贸易合作伙伴。然而，近年来，随着中国经济实力以及国力的不断增强，再加上日本本身经济持续低迷，日本期望通过贸易争端打压我国的出口来维护自己的利益，而这也加剧了中日两国的贸易争端。中国和日本两国之间贸易关系的好坏，不仅关系到中国和日本的发展，也会对亚洲地区的经济发展产生较大的影响。因此，对于中日两国来说，只有不断拓宽两国的经济合作领域，才能够迎合当前的经济发展局势，使得中日贸易获得双赢局面。

在此基础上，本文对中日贸易争端现状成因及对策进行分析研究，分析了中日贸易现状主要是中国的经济实力逐渐强于日本，中日贸易总体规模不断增长，中日贸易结构不断优化，中日贸易形式日益多元化等，指出中日贸易争端呈现贸易争端频发，中日反倾销反补贴领域多元化等特点，并指出中日贸易争端主要是由于日本贸易保护主义、中国产品质量较差和贸易规则的差别性等问题所导致的。为了应对中日贸易争端，我国政府应该加强对反倾销法的研究，尽快健全有关反倾销的法律法规，做好贸易救济工作，保护我国对外贸易不至遭受较大的损失；行业协会要做好反倾销的引领工作，为企业反倾销提供必要的法律援助；我国企业对于反倾销反补贴方面要具有一定的法律意识，要学会利用各种有利的手段来保护自己的权益；企业应该提高自身的产品质量，将产品向高净值产品转型，提高我国产品在国际上的竞争力。

Abstract

China and Japan are indispensable in Asia countries, at the same time between the two countries are important trade partners. However, in recent years, as China's economic strength and national strength increasing, plus Japan itself as the economic downturn continues, Japan through trade dispute on the export of our country to safeguard their own interests, which also contributed to the trade dispute between the two countries. China and Japan, the stand or fall of trade relations between the two countries, not only relates to the development of China and Japan, will larger influence on the region's economic development.
