摘 要

当今社会，生产力大大提高，现阶段大多数产品都存在供大于求的问题。因此，对于企业而言，拥有适合企业自身的项目管理流程，集合企业各项资源，高效的研发生产出顾客所需的产品，是项目成败的重中之重，同时也影响着企业的发展和竞争力。

本文以东华智能公司为研究对象，对其项目管理流程进行研究。依据该企业实际存在的需求及项目管理流程中存在的不足，运用文献综述、理论分析与实践分析相结合、“ECRS”四大原则的方法，构建了项目管理流程图，对项目管理流程中重要的流程遗漏的问题、开发过程中流程繁琐的问题、开发过程中流程顺序不当的问题、项目执行过程中存在的问题进行优化设计，并根据这四个方面提出具体的优化方案，对东华智能项目管理实践具有一定的理论指导意义。

The Project Management Process Analysis And Optimization Of Nanjing DongHua Intelligent Steering System Co.Ltd

ABSTRACT

In today's society, the productivity has been greatly improved, making the competition between enterprises more and more fierce. Therefore, to the enterprise, have a project management process suitable for the enterprise itself, assemble all the resources of enterprise , efficient design and production of products required by customers, is the priority among priorities to the success of the project, but also affect the development and competitiveness of enterprises .

This paper takes Nanjing DongHua Intelligent Steering System Co.Ltd as the object of study and studies its project management process. According to the practical problems existing in the enterprise's demand and project management process, using literature review, theoretical analysis and practical analysis of the combination ,"ECRS" method of four principles, structure project management flow chart. Put forward concrete optimization plan on the omission of important processes in the project management process, the complicated process in the development process, the problem of improper process flow in the development process, problems existing in the implementation of the project, and, according to these four aspects, put forward specific optimization scheme. It has certain theoretical significance on the Nanjing DongHua Intelligent Steering System Co.Ltd project management practice.
