果蔬中氨基甲酸酯类农药残留实时分析质谱快速分析方法的建立毕业论文

摘 要
由于食品安全问题日益受到广大人民群众的重视,而果蔬又因为其在日常饮食中占有较大比重,而果蔬在栽培种植的过程中不可避免会使用到农药,这使得果蔬中的农药残留问题成为了人们所关心的重点。因此,如何对果蔬中的农药残留进行快速且有效的检测便成为了研究人员的研究方向。本文首先对实时直接分析质谱的定义、价值与研究状况做出了介绍,同时也简单分析了氨基甲酸酯类农药残留对人体的危害,并建立了如何利用实时直接分析质谱对果蔬中的氨基甲酸酯类农药残留进行快速检验的方法。本研究的方法是采取少量的有机溶剂对蔬果样品进行简单的前处理之后,再利用氦气作为离子化气体,最后使用实时分析质谱对蔬果样品中常见的氨基甲酸酯类农药灭多威与克百威的残留进行有效的快速检测。

Abstract
As food safety has attracted increasing attention of the masses, but also because of its fruits and vegetables account for a large proportion of the diet, and fruits and vegetables will inevitably use of pesticides during cultivation planting, which makes the problem of pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables become the focus of concern. Therefore, how to carry out rapid and effective detection of pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables has become the research direction of the researchers.First, the definition, value and research emphases of direct analysis in real time mass spectrometry (DART-MS) are introduced in this paper. Then the detriment to human bodies of the carbamates pesticide in fruits and vegetables is simply estimated. And the method of using direct analysis in real time mass spectrometry to rapidly inspect the carbamates pesticide in fruits and vegetables is established. The method of the research is to use a small amount of organic solvent at the simply pretreatment at first. Then helium is utilized as ionized gas. And direct analysis in real time mass spectrometry is used to rapidly inspect methomyl and carbonfuran which is the normal carbamates pesticide in fruits and vegetables samples.
