基于精益生产的X 公司包装程序改善毕业论文

摘 要

我国自改革开放以来,经济水平得到了大幅提升,国民消费水平也水涨船高,人们也开始追求更高层次的物质享受,对于日常出行也有了更高的追求,如拥有一辆轿车。而观念的改变带动了汽车行业的高速发展,必不可免的促进了汽车车灯制造业的迈进,但国内的车灯制造企业却多存在着生产周期长,产能不足、现场管理不善的问题。面对越发激烈的国际竞争,缩短生产周期,提高实际生产效率,提升生产现场的管理,以提高自身的核心竞争力势在必行。

本文以精益生产为指导思想,以工业工程的程序分析法为分析手段对X车灯公司的生产流程及其产品的工艺流程进行分析,对生产过程中阻碍产能提升的瓶颈工序进行改善,同时对X公司仓库的现场管理中存在的问题提出了改善方案。本次生产项目的优化研究有效缩短了瓶颈程序的作业时间,使产品的生产周期大大缩短,产能得以提高。同时现场管理的改善方案的实施,使工作环境优化,提高了工作人员的工作效率,使X改善的竞争力得以增强。这不仅有利于X公司的长久发展,也为同行业其他企业提供了改善思路与方向。

Abstract

Since China's reform and opening up, its economic level has been greatly improved,and the level of national consumption has also risen. People are also pursuing higher levels. The material enjoyment has a higher pursuit for daily travel, such as owning a car. The change of concept has driven the rapid development of the automobile industry, which will inevitably promote the advancement of the automobile lamp manufacturing industry. However, domestic car lamp manufacturing enterprises have many problems such as long production cycle, insufficient production capacity and poor site management. In the face of increasingly fierce international competition, shortening the production cycle, improving actual production efficiency, and improving the management of the production site, it is imperative to improve its core competitiveness.

This article takes lean production as the guiding ideology and analyzes the production process of X-lamp company and the process flow of its products by using the program analysis method of industrial engineering as an analytical means to improve the bottleneck process that hinders productivity improvement in the production process. The problems in the on-site management of the X company warehouse proposed an improvement plan. The optimization research of this production project has effectively shortened the operation time of the bottleneck program, greatly shortened the production cycle of the product and improved the production capacity. At the same time, the implementation of the on-site management improvement program optimizes the working environment, improves the work efficiency of the staff, and enhances the competitiveness of X improvement. This is not only conducive to the long-term development of X company, but also provides improvement ideas and directions for other companies in the same industry.
