摘 要

自21世纪以来，我国经济、政治、文化都迎来了大发展，大繁荣，人民群众的物质生活质量不断优化，在此基础上人民群众对精神文化的要求也在不断呈现出多元化和多方面的趋势。为了能够更好地实现人们日渐多元化的文化要求，国家和社会对提升和优化社区服务质量的工作越来越重视。但在现阶段的城市社区公共文化服务体系建设的过程中仍然存在着服务人员专业素质缺失，基础设施建设落后等缺陷。为此，可以通过增强人才队伍建设，完善基础设施建设，提高公众参与度和完善公共服务制度规范四个角度对城市社区公共文化服务体系建设做出一定的改善，更好地适应国家要求。

Research on the construction of public cultural service system in urban community -- Taking Jiqing community as an example

Abstract

Since the 21st century, China's economy, politics and culture have ushered in great development and prosperity, and the people's material living standards have been constantly improved. On this basis, the people's pursuit of spiritual culture has become more and more diversified. In order to better realize the growing public cultural needs of the people, the state and government pay more and more attention to the construction and improvement of community public cultural service system. However, in the process of the construction of urban community public cultural service system, there are still some defects, such as the lack of professional quality of service personnel, backward infrastructure construction and so on. Therefore, we can improve the construction of urban community public cultural service system from four aspects: enhancing the construction of talent team, improving the infrastructure construction, improving the public participation and improving the public service system, so as to better meet the national requirements.
