摘 要

目前，人们对汽车的需求正在增加，同时伴随着能源与环境的问题。氢气作为燃料是一种低碳且高效的能源，目前来说是最适合做为汽车能源的选择。此外，对石油的依赖会直接威胁到经济的增长，中国是石油消费大国，对石油的需求还在攀升，而发展氢能汽车可以让我国进入氢能社会。

本文主要研究国内外氢能汽车产业发展现状，并结合我国实情，从政府、企业的层面对氢能汽车产业发展提出可行的建议。同时对我国氢能汽车产业发展进行SWOT分析，得出我国氢能汽车产业前景的结论。

研究成果表明：我国技术落后是由于缺少人力和系统规划。从短期看来，利用氢内燃机汽车作为发展氢燃料电池汽车的过渡产品是可取的；长期看来，氢燃料电池汽车是更理想的新能源汽车。综合来说氢能汽车产业前景一片光明，国家应大力发展。

本文的特色在于：通过文献研究法对氢能产业发展历程整理归类，获得理论基础。利用对比研究法，寻找我国与氢能汽车产业发展较好国家之间的异同。用定量预测法来分析氢能汽车市场发展趋势和氢能汽车销量。关键问题的解决将采用SWOT分析法，并提出促进我国氢能汽车产业发展的建议。

Abstract

At present, the demand for the car is increasing, which results in energy and environmental problems. Hydrogen as fuel is low-carbon and efficient and is currently the best choice for automotive. Besides,the dependence on oil is a direct threat to economic growth.China, as a big oil consumer,needs the development of new energy vehicles to enter the hydrogen-energy society.

This paper mainly studies the development status of hydrogen energy automobile industry at home and abroad, and puts forward some feasible suggestions on the development of hydrogen energy automobile industry from the government and enterprises. At the same time, the development of hydrogen energy automobile industry in China is analyzed by SWOT, and the prospect of hydrogen energy automobile industry in China is concluded.

The research result shows:the technical backwardness is due to the lack of manpower and the systematic plan. In the short term, the use of hydrogen-combustion engine vehicles as a transition product for the development of hydrogen fuel cell vehicles is desirable; in the long run, hydrogen fuel cell vehicles will be the ideal choice for new energy vehicles. In general, the hydrogen energy automobile industry has a bright future, our country should support it.

The characteristic of this paper: the development course of hydrogen energy industry are sorted by literature research to obtain the theory.The comparative research finds the similarities and differences between China and the developed countries in the development of hydrogen energy automobile industry. The development trend of market and the sales volume of hydrogen energy automobile are analyzed by quantitative forecasting.SWOT analysis will be used to solve the key problems and put forward suggestions to promote the development of hydrogen energy automobile industry in China.

第1章 绪论

1.1 课题研究的背景

国家在“863计划”中展现了对新能源汽车的关注，并为其发展提供了指导意见，目标是逐步将目前使用的汽油汽车转换为氢能汽车。所谓氢能汽车，就是以氢气作为汽车能源，利用化学反应将化学能转化为机械能来使汽车行驶的新能源汽车的一种。目前的“十四五”规划中，新能源汽车和氢能技术是国家重点研发对象。除此之外，为了促进氢能相关的全产业链发展，中国于2018年成立氢能战略联盟，发展氢能汽车产业是大势所趋。
