Abstract

With the development of social economy and the improvement of people's living standard, the quality requirement and demand of people for transportation travel are also rising, and the development mode of green and low carbon has become the direction of global economy and industry development. Traditional fuel vehicles rely on petroleum fuel, which is one of the main sources of air pollution.Countries around the world are pushing for a low-carbon transport process, and many countries around the world have issued timetables to stop the sale of fuel vehicles, which will not be available in some developed countries until 2040.[1]Although the development of pure electric vehicles in China has some lag relative to the developed countries, it has also responded positively to the call in recent years and put forward a series of plans to promote the development of pure electric vehicles. Due to the development of battery technology, the capacity of pure electric vehicles has certain constraints, and the range of life is short. the construction of charging pile and charging station facilities is not perfect. charging time of the battery is long. The problem of mileage anxiety often exists. These are now one of the main obstacles to the development of pure electric vehicles in China.[2]This also reflects the importance and necessity of path planning. And the difference between pure electric vehicle and traditional fuel vehicle also makes the general path planning model not suitable for pure electric vehicle. In the real driving process of electric vehicle, the factors such as vehicle weight, speed,energy consumption when car starting and braking, the position of charging station or charging pile have influence on car energy consumption. Whether from the long-term development of society and environmental protection to reduce carbon emissions or from entrepreneurs and pure electric vehicle holders to reduce logistics costs, the study of path planning for pure electric vehicle energy consumption is of great value. In this paper, two models of pure electric vehicle path planning based on distance length and pure electric vehicle path planning based on energy consumption are established considering the distribution problem in real life. the difference between the two models can analyzed by example. The main research work can be summarized as follows:

(1)A statement of the theoretical research section. This part states the background of the research and the development including the first chapter of this article. Include history and present situation of electric vehicles at home and abroad and the problem of vehicle path planning, and the energy consumption of pure electric vehicles. Finally, the research contents and route of this paper are expounded.

(2)Two models of pure electric vehicle path planning based on distance length and pure electric vehicle path planning based on energy consumption are constructed. the second and third chapters of the article present this part. The energy consumption model of electric vehicle is established,which based on energy consumption model. This paper uses genetic algorithm. Finally, some factors of the two models and the results of the calculation examples are analyzed and compared.

(3)Case analysis of two path planning models. Based on the distribution of medical materials during the epidemic situation in Wuhan, an example is given. and compare the results of the operation of the two models in this paper.
