摘 要

本文所说的珠三角港口群采用中国船舶网对其的界定，指以广东、福建、广西和海南为主体，是我国拥有港口个数最多的港口群，包括了泉州、厦门、福州、广州、汕头、深圳、湛江和海口等港口。文中旨在探讨“一带一路”战略背景下珠三角港口物流的发展。本文通过对目前珠三角港口物流发展现状以及发展过程中存在的问题进行简明扼要的分析，发现有许多问题影响着珠三角港口物流的进一步发展。然后紧接着探讨了“一带一路”战略背景下珠三角港口群的定位以及“一带一路”将对珠三角港口物流发展产生的影响，产生的影响主要为以下五个方面：（1）三万亿贸易增量激活港口经济；(2)完善珠三角港口基础设施及集疏运体系；(3)搭海外投资的快车，实施港口“走出去”战略；(4)政策环境给珠三角港口物流业创造了整合的契机；(5)提升港口软实力。最后针对珠三角港口物流发展自身存在的问题以及怎样应对“一带一路”战略，为其提出了三个对策，分别是加快港口资源整合，发展港口绿色物流，发展港口现代物流。

Abstract

Pearl River Delta port cluster what this article mentions uses the definition of Chinese ship network.Guangdong, Fujian, Guangxi and Hainan are as the main body of it.It contains the largest number of ports of port group in China.It includes Quanzhou, Xiamen, Fuzhou, Guangzhou, Shantou, Shenzhen, Zhanjiang, Haikou and other ports.This article aims to probe the development of the Pearl River Delta port logistics under the background of “the Belt and Road Initiative” strategy.Firstly,the article briefly analyzes the current development status and the problems of the Pearl River Delta port logistics.I found that there are many issues affecting the further development of the Pearl River Delta port logistics.Then under the background of ”the Belt and Road Initiative” strategy ,this article discusses the position of the Pearl River Delta port cluster.And “the Belt and Road Initiative” will have an effect on the development of the Pearl River Delta port logistics.The main impact of the following five areas:(1)Three trillion trade incremental activates port economy;(2)PRD perfects port infrastructure and transportation system;(3)Take the express train of overseas investment and implement the port "going out" strategy;(4)Policy environment creates integrated opportunities to the Pearl River Delta port logistics industry;(5)Improving ports soft power.Finally against the Pearl River Delta port logistics own problems and how to deal with "the Belt and Road Initiative" strategy,this article proposes three countermeasures.Respectively, to accelerate the integration of port resources, to develop port environmental logistics and to develop port modern logistics.
