摘 要

本工程项目招标文件是根据泾河新城特拉福德商业中心罗马酒店的图纸编制。本工程的招标范围为项目的主体结构部分，主体结构为框架-剪力墙结构，建筑层数地上20层，地下2层，建筑类别为酒店。

作为建设单位在招标过程中需要编制招标文件，其主要内容包括：(1)投标人须知及前附表(2)合同条款(3) 合同协议书格式(4)图纸目录(5)工程量清单(6)工程技术要求(7)工程规范和建设标准(8)商务标投标文件格式(9)技术标投标文件格式共9章。其中，工程量清单严格依据《建设工程工程量清单计价规范》（GB50500-2013），并结合该工程实际情况编制而成。

作为施工企业编制投标文件，主要分为商务标和技术标两个部分，商务标主要是依据工程量清单中的工程量进行组价，获得工程总造价；技术标即为工程项目施工组织设计文件。

本招标文件的特色在于工程采用工程量清单计价方法，本项目评标办法采用综合评估法，本项目资格审查方式为资格预审。

Abstract

The project bidding documents are prepared in accordance with drawings Jinghe Trafford Metro Rome hotel business center.The scope of the project is the tender part of the main structure of the project, the main structure of the project is the frame-shear wall structure, building layers 20 floors on the ground, 2 floors underground, building category for the hotel.

As a construction unit in the bidding process requires the preparation of tender documents,the main contents include:(1) Notice to bidders and the former schedule(2) the terms of the contract (3) the format of the contract agreement (4) list of drawings (5) BOQ (6) engineering and technical requirements (7) engineering specifications and construction standards (8) business standard bidding document format (9) technical tender document format. Total 9 chapters.Among them, the BOQ in strict accordance with the "Bill of Quantities construction specifications" (GB50500-2013), combined with the actual situation of the project compiled.

As construction companies need to prepare tender documents,the main contents include business standard and technical standard.business standard is mainly based on the quantities of BOQ project setting price, to obtain the total project cost;and technical standard is the project construction organization design file.

Features of the tender documents that the project uses BOQ valuation method, the project evaluation methods adopted comprehensive evaluation method, The project qualification method using pre-qualification.
