摘 要

随着我国汽车销量的迅猛增长，居世界第一，消费者对汽车在舒适，安全，节能环保，智能等方面的需求日益提高，满足这些需求很大程度上要依靠汽车电子技术的提升，而传感器技术是作为其核心，对整个汽车水平的提升都有很重要的意义。并且各种新材料传感器的研制，使得汽车新技术层出不穷。现代汽车正在朝着智能化，电动化，互联网化发向快速发展，以传感器技术为首的汽车电子技术将发挥巨大的作用。

本文首先阐述了传感器的发展现状以及主要传感器的作用，原理及常见故障的诊断；其次是从新材料，新加工技术，新原理三方面分析了目前新型传感器的一些发展思路和研究成果，并就无人驾驶和前碰撞预警等新型前缘汽车技术的传感器的作用，原理及发展趋势进行了探究；最后弄清传感器技术在未来的发展趋势以及总结展望。

Abstract

With the rapid growth of China's auto sales, ranking first in the world, the consumer requirement on car in comfort, security, environmental protection and energy saving, has great growth ,To meet these needs to rely heavily on electronic technology promotion . The sensor technology is the core of the whole car, and it has a very important significance to improve the level of the whole car. Anymore, the development of various new materials, sensors, makes automotive new technologies emerging. Modern cars are moving towards intelligent, electric, Internet based development to the rapid development of automotive electronics technology, led by the sensor technology will play a huge role.

At first, the article describes the function of the sensor development as well as the main function, principle and common fault diagnosis of the sensor. Secondly, the analysis of the current development of new sensors and research results are from the new materials, new processing technology, new principles in three aspects, and the paper makes a through inquiry of sensor in function, principle and development trend of driverless technology and pre collision warning model front Automotive Technology. What’s more, the paper also research function of the sensor in the actual use of the synergistic. Finally the paper carefully elaborates the future development trend and prospect in sensor technology.

1.1课题背景与意义

今年来，我国汽车工业得到了里程碑式的发展，而与此同时，相应的消费者对汽车的需求也日益提高，特别是在舒适、安全、节能环保、智能等方面。然而使汽车制造技术走向高科技化，汽车自动化和操作智能化发展的关键因素之一恰恰是汽车传感器技术。传感器技术是汽车电子控制系统的关键组成部件，也是汽车电子控制系统的主要信息来源。但是在传感器技术上，我国与世界上汽车产业发达的国家比较而言，还没有形成配套化和系列化的发展趋势，未形成相对独立的传感器产业，这与我国在这项技术上发展时间晚，发展速度比较缓慢密切相关。而作为转型中的中国，汽车产业已经是我国国民经济的重要组成部分，对我国经济发展和产业优化都具有着非凡的意义。伴随着汽车电子已经逐渐成长为汽车工业的前沿科技，车用传感器，已经成为了使得如今汽车发展的关键内容与核心。另一方面，从汽车未来的消费市场来展望，在费用方面，汽车电子产品所占汽车整个费用的比例将会达到百分之三十,与此同时，在汽车的革新上，将有百分之七十的创新都来自于汽车电子的创新。据此，从以上多方面因素来看，传感器技术的发展、成熟与创新，对汽车产业的发展有着直接的影响。基于此本文意在汽车电子技术中，汽车传感器所处的核心地位，解析主要传感器的作用和原理，进而分析国内外汽车传感器的现状和新兴传感器的发展走向从而使得传感器技术得到更好的发展。
