摘 要

近些年来，我国汽车行业不断发展，伴随着人们对生活质量要求的提高，其中消费结构已经逐渐向家庭购买靠近，使得乘用车的保有量不断增加。乘用车维护质量的好坏不仅影响车辆的动力、经济、可靠等性能指标，而且对车辆的运行安全和车主的人身安全有重要的影响。所以，对乘用车维护质量保证方法探讨十分重要。

该论文重点说明了乘用车维护质量保证方法。首先研究了国内及国外汽车维护行业的状况，接着论述了该行业的主要内容及相关法规，然后结合乘用车维护的的实际现状，分析了现存乘用车维护的优点及缺点，还阐述了传统乘用车以及电动乘用车维护的主要内容。最后围绕乘用车维护质量保证的相关内容，建立了乘用车维护质量保证体系。

研究结果表明：我国乘用车维护现状发展很不完善，缺少完善的网络构架，还未形成全面性、立体化的维护体系，必须采用一定的措施来规范行业秩序，改变行业现状，从根本上解决这些问题。

本文的特色在于：层次分明，条理清楚。同时论述了传统乘用车以及电动乘用车的维护，电动乘用车的维护还引入了无线远程监控；建立了乘用车维护质量保证体系，充分考虑了现存乘用车维护的缺点，提高了维护的水平和质量。

Abstract

In recent years, the continuous development of China's automobile industry, in which the consumption structure has been gradually closer to home purchase, passenger car ownership is increasing. Passenger maintain their quality not only affects the vehicle's power, economy, reliability and other performance indicators, but also has an important influence on the operational safety and the safety of the owner of the vehicle. Therefore, It is very important to explore the method of passenger car maintenance quality assurance.

This paper studies the passenger to maintain quality assurance methods. Analyzing the domestic and foreign automobile maintenance status of development of the industry, then discussing the basic content of vehicle maintenance and related regulations, and the actual status of passenger car maintenance, analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the existing passenger car maintenance, further elaborated traditional electric passenger cars and maintenance main content. Finally, maintaining quality assurance requirements around the passenger, and establishing a maintenance quality assurance system for passenger car .

The results show that: the development of passenger cars to maintain the status quo is not perfect, the lack of a sound network infrastructure, has not yet formed a comprehensive, three-dimensional system maintenance, we must adopt certain measures to regulate trade order, change the industry, fundamentally solve these problems.

Features of this paper is: the article is well organized. At the same time we discussed the traditional passenger cars and electric passenger car maintenance, including maintenance of electric passenger cars introduced wireless remote monitoring; maintenance of passenger cars also established quality assurance system, give full consideration to the shortcomings of the existing passenger car maintenance, improve the level and quality of maintenance.

第1章 绪论

1.1本文研究的背景及意义

近些年来，汽车逐渐走进了人们的生活，家庭购买汽车已经成为一种趋势。中国汽车市场增长虽然有高有低，但总体呈现出上升的增长趋势。其中，2010年汽车的产量和销量为1826万辆及1806万辆，与上年相比增加32.44%及32.37%；2011年的市场增加为2.45%；2012年的市场增加为4.3%；2013年汽车总产量为2211.7万辆，与上年相比增加14.76%，总销量为2198.4万辆，比上年同期增加13.87%；2014年1-9月产出1722.59万辆，同比增加8%，销量1700.08万辆，同比增加7%。同时，在2009年我国的汽车和市场产量和销量第一次突破千万辆，在2010年产量和销量跨越了美国历史上的最高数量，在2013年产量和销量均超过2000万辆，这些产量和销量上的奇迹一次又一次确立了中国“汽车大国”的身份，预示着我国从此将步入成熟期的发展阶段^[1]。

研究结果显示，汽车维护与汽车销售相比，所得到的利润要远比其高，由此汽车产销量的不断提高使汽车的保有量不断增加，必然带动着汽车后市场的快速发展。汽车的后市场指的是从汽车销售出去至车主手中后所产生的全部费用，这其中的一大部分被用于汽车的维护、修理及配件上面，因此汽车维修市场的完善越来越受到人们的关注。另外，近些年来私家车数量的逐渐变大，乘用车的服务受到了很多车主的关注，伴随着现代社会人们追求舒适化、个性化的消费理念，他们对乘用车的服务市场有了越来越高的要求，为了提高维护质量的水平，达到消费者的满意，得到更多的利润，乘用车的维护质量保证方法成为了很多学者专家探讨的重要问题。
