武汉电动出租车市场现状及最优运营模式选择研究毕业论文

摘 要
随着武汉的快速发展与扩张,同时也面临着许多的挑战。城市道路资源的局限性与不断增长的交通出行需求之间的矛盾,经济高速发展与随之产生的环境污染之间的矛盾,已成为城市发展过程中面临的重要问题。而当前汽车尾气排放作为城市主要的污染源之一,已经成为城市环境保护关注的重点。为了缓解传统燃油汽车带来的污染问题,近年来我国电动汽车的发展速度在政府的推动下逐渐加快。公共领域的电动汽车推广已成为政府发挥职能的一个重要方面,其中电动出租车的运营推广无疑是其中至关重要的一点。研究电动汽车在出租车市场的应用,探析适宜武汉的电动出租车运营模式,对电动汽车在公共领域的推广应用具有极大的现实意义和广泛的应用价值。
本文首先对武汉市传统出租车及电动出租车的现状进行总结,分析了电动出租车的生态环境效益和经济效益。然后对当前电动出租车的运营模式进行总结与比较,从武汉市实际状况出发,选择适宜武汉的电动出租车最优运营模式。
研究结果表明:出租车对公共交通体系的构建具有重要作用,电动汽车在出租车领域的推广意义深远。电动出租车相对于传统出租车能带来很好的生态环境效益和经济效益,武汉市电动出租车的最优运营模式更适合选择员工化管理集中快充模式。
本文的特色:描述了国内外电动出租车的发展现状,及武汉市传统出租车与电动出租车的现状。对电动出租车带来的生态环境效益和经济效益进行了分析,并选择出适宜武汉电动出租车的最优运营模式。

Abstract
With the rapid development and expansion, Wuhan faces many challenges. The contradiction between limited urban road resources and increasing travel needs, and also between rapid economic development and the resulting environmental pollution has become an important problem faced in the process of urban development. At present, automobile exhaust emissions as an important source of pollution, has become a focus on urban environmental protection. In order to alleviate the pollution problem caused by the traditional fuel vehicle, the development speed of the electric vehicle in China has gradually accelerated under the government's promotion in recent years. The government to play an important role in the promotion of electric vehicles in the public sector and operation of electric taxis is of vital importance. Research on the application of the electric vehicle in the taxi market, and analysis of the electric taxi operation mode suitable for Wuhan, has great practical significance and extensive application value.
Firstly,this paper summarizes the current situation of the traditional taxi and electric taxi in Wuhan, and analyzes the ecological environment and economic benefits of electric taxi. Then it summarizes and compares the current operation mode of electric taxi, and selects the appropriate electric taxi optimal operation mode of Wuhan from the actual situation of Wuhan.
The research shows that: Taxi plays an important role in the construction of public transport system, and also the promotion of electric vehicles in the taxi field is of great significance. Compared with the traditional taxi,electric taxi can bring good benefitsof ecological environmentaland economic. The optimal operation mode of Wuhan electric taxi is more suitable for the choice of employee management centralized charging mode.
This paper describes the status of the development of electric taxis at home and abroad, and the status quo of the traditional taxi and electric taxi in Wuhan. Then itanalyzes thebenefits of ecological environmental and economicbrought by electric taxi, andselects the optimal operation mode of electric taxi in Wuhan.

随着可持续发展战略的推广,国家越来越重视汽车带来的污染问题,大力支持新能源产业的发展。新能源汽车已被国家列入“七大战略性新兴产业”,随着《节能与新能源汽车产业规划(2012~2020年)》在国务院的颁发 ,意味着我国纯电动汽车进入到高速发展的快车道。
