摘 要

随着社会与经济的快速发展，国家需要有创业综合素质的人才。而在毕业生就业压力不断加大的情景下，创业就成为了很多大学生毕业后的一种新的择业方式。但大学生自主创业的成功率很低，其最重要的原因是缺乏良好的创业素质。所以，必须加强创业素质的形成，打好基础，完善机制，做好大学生创业工作。作为新生代知识群体的大学生，对经济转型升级做有着重要的作用。 尽管国家从政策、资金、教育等方面加大了对大学生创业素质发展的支持力度，大学生创业素质整体上还是呈现出成功率较低的现实。 基于此，本文以大学生创业素质形成的影响因素与提升对策为研课题，本文首先从与本课题相关的研究背景、意义以及研究方法开始着手，其次对与本课题有关的概念与理论进行概述，再次对大学生创业现状进行分析，第四对学生创业素质形成的影响因素进行分析， 然后提出完善大学生创业素质的提升对策，最后结论总结全文，希望对关于大学生创业素质形成方面的而研究有所益助。

Abstract

With the continuous development of economy and society, the state needs more and more talents with comprehensive qualities. With the increasing pressure on Graduates' employment, self employment has become a new way of employment for many college graduates. But the success rate of College Students' self employment is very low. One of the most important factors is the lack of good entrepreneurial quality of college students. To this end, we must further develop the quality of entrepreneurship, lay a solid foundation, improve the mechanism, and do a good job in the employment and Entrepreneurship of college graduates. The forming process of College Students' entrepreneurial quality is to seek their own employment process and effectively alleviate the current severe employment pressure. At the same time, the formation of College Students' entrepreneurial quality is also the main force and pioneer of public entrepreneurship and innovation. As a new generation of knowledge group, university students should play the pioneering role of entrepreneurship and make their due contribution to the transformation and upgrading of China's economy. Although the state has increased the support for the development of College Students' entrepreneurial quality from the aspects of policies, funds and education, the quality of College Students' entrepreneurial quality is still a reality with low success rate as a whole. Based on this, this paper takes the influencing factors and Promotion Countermeasures for the formation of College Students' entrepreneurial quality as research subjects. This paper begins with the background, significance and research methods related to this topic.
