摘 要

在过去的几年里，我国二手车市场发展迅猛，二手车交易方式无论是传统的方式还是基于电子网络的方式，都在蓬勃的发展。二手车电子交易与诚信认证在调整中更加的完善，二手车交易市场正处于向专业化转变的重要阶段，如何顺利实现过渡，迎来二手车交易的春天，是目前很有必要研究的问题。

本文主要研究了二手车诚信认证与电子交易的发展。开篇阐述了我国与其他国家二手车交易市场的发展现状，并进行了对比；其次，详细阐述了二手车电子商务的发展优势与问题；接着，对国内外二手车评估体系进行了深入比较，最后，在前人研究成果的基础上，论述二手车诚信认证在二手车交易中的作用，研究二手车诚信认证应如何发展，能使中国二手车市场摆脱现有的问题向更好的方向迈进，具有极大的研究价值。

研究成果表明：诚信认证是二手车产业快速发展的关键点；政府干预管制是推动二手车交易市场发展的的重要步骤；车商、电商成为了二手车产业的直接影响者；由于二手车电子交易这种模式属于新兴交易方式，大部分电商都属于探索性发展，权威性较差，所以，我国二手车交易市场在今后一段时间里还要更加重视规范市场，重视并解决关于诚信认证、售后服务保障等一系列问题，从而健全二手车市场。

本文的特色在于：基于大量参考文献与普遍社会问题，根据新闻报道和确实发生的案例来分析二手车市场存在的部分紧迫问题，提出促进二手车交易市场向更健全的方向发展的建议。
