摘 要
彩色钢板是一种比较优良的钢板材料,容易加工,因为其表面进行过涂敷所以在性能方面要比普通钢板要好。比如材料坚韧性很强,耐腐蚀性也很好。它在日常生活中使用广泛,电器外壳、汽车车身等都可以看它的身影。由于生产生活水平的提升,对彩色钢板需求也在加大,彩色钢板生产线要达到供应于求的能力,必须是高水平的自动化控制系统。
彩色钢板生产线主要由三部分组成,分为入口段、工艺段和出口段。三段中分布有各种机械设备,加工工艺也极其复杂。本设计在生产线开卷、牵引、收卷速度的自动匹配下展开研究。开卷和收卷速度的调节主要针对开卷机和收卷机的线速度恒定,牵引则主要集中在对三段间速度协调控制上。在开卷机和收卷机的方案设计上,保持线速度恒定的办法主要是需要恒张力开卷和收卷,采用间接张力控制。在入口段、工艺段、出口段三段速度的同步控制上,采用控制三段速度基准辊也就是1#、3#、5#S辊速度链进行同步控制同时辅以编码器做速度闭环反馈,然后是加上各个S辊进行负荷均衡控制。
本文重点在速度同步控制上,设计系统整体控制框架以后,使用汇川PLC编程软件AutoShop编写了梯形图程序,使用HMI对应的Ino Touch Editor软件绘制了人机界面上面的启动停止以及速度、频率等的与输入输出窗口。将HMI与PLC进行硬件的连接,设置好PLC与变频器之间的主站从站的数据通信,运行程序后进行调试仿真。
本文的最后是进行的总结与体会,完成了本次的毕业设计。

Abstract
Color steel plate is a new kind of material, which not only has the characteristics of common steel plate, but also has the same mechanical strength and affordability as common steel plate, and has the corrosion resistance of organic materials. It has a wide range of applications in the fields of automobile, home appliances, architecture and so on. Nowadays, the demand of color steel is increasing, and the production requirements of color steel plate production line is increasing.
The production line of color steel is mainly composed of three parts, which is divided into the entrance section, the process section and the exit section. the whole process is also very complicated. This design is carried out in the automatic matching of open book, traction and reeling speed of the production line. The adjustment of open book and winding speed is mainly controlled by open book and Winding machine, while traction is mainly on the coordinated control of velocity speed. In the design of open book and Winding machine, it mainly needs constant tension open book and rewinding to keep line speed constant and indirect tension control. In the synchronous control of the inlet section, process section and outlet section speed, the synchronous control of the three stage speed reference roll speed chain is adopted to control the speed closed-loop feedback, and then the load balance control of each s is carried out.
This paper focuses on the speed synchronization control, after the design of the overall control framework of the system, use Inovance PLC programming software autoshop to write the ladder diagram program, use HMI corresponding ino editor software to draw and layout the start stop and speed, frequency and so on and the input / output window. At the same time, HMI and PLC are connected to the hardware, the communication between PLC and inverter is set up from the station to achieve the purpose of data exchange. Finally, debug simulation.
The last part of this paper is the summary and experience, completed the graduation design.
