2.1 the basic content of research (design)
in this paper,the structural design of the suspension is carried out with the overall parameters of a compact suv,and the kinematics analysis of the compact suv suspension is carried out by adams/car module.first,based on the structure and layout requirements of the compact suv suspension,select the front suspension for the mcpherson suspension and rear suspension for the multi-link suspension.and then, design and calculate the overall parameters of the suspension,and then model and assembly suspension in the adams/car.next carry out the wheel jump test to obtain the wheel alignment parameters,namely the wheel camber angle,wheel toe angle,kingpin inclination angle,kingpin angle,the wheel slip,and the curve of them with the wheel up and down.last analyze whether to meet the design requirements of the suspension and its impact on the performance of the car.
3. 研究计划与安排
the 1-2nd weeks is to determine the graduation design topics, graduation design task book,school data collection.the 3rd week is to do program ideas,literature search,and complete the opening report.
(the2-3 weeks of the 8th semesters is to do outside the school internship,school data collection,and complete the internship report.)
the 4th week is to do foreign article translation and data re-collection.
