高速铁路预应力混凝土连续刚构桥施工结构分析毕业论文

摘 要
预应力连续钢构桥由于其特点在现代桥梁的设计和建造中占据了一席之地,这种桥梁施工方便、受力合理、造价经济、行车舒适,正是由于这些优点预应力连续刚构桥在近年来发展迅速,这种桥梁的线性控制在施工过程中进行了一系列的控制和测量。通过在施工的每个阶段不同时间段的桥梁标高的测量和张拉预应力的测量来保证其施工过程中的桥型保持线性。桥梁的施工结构分析对于施工过程中涉及的温度、预应力、收缩徐变等影响因素和桥梁的大跨和挂篮施工的结构特点都进行了考虑,来保证桥梁的安全性、舒适性和耐久性。结构分析过程中通过理论计算,现场实测这样一个流程的对比过程来保证桥梁是处于一种安全的状态中的。
结构的理论计算是通过在Midas Civil中建立结构模型,将图纸中的数据和结构特点建立在模型中。Midas通过对于这种箱型结构桥梁的每个施工阶段的变化来得出每个阶段应该具备的桥梁建设的理论数据和支持,从而给实测数据提供一个理论的参考对象。
本文将通过对温州特大桥工程,通过利用Midas建立桥梁结构模型。将对于这种大跨的连续刚构桥的施工过程和受力特点进行仿真模拟,以求得我们所建设的桥梁的安全性和可靠性。最后利用数据处理方法对于这种差别进行调整,使得理论值和实测值尽量吻合。由此得出预应力连续刚构桥的结构分析的方法。

Abstract
Prestressed continuous steel bridge because of its characteristics in the design and construction of modern bridges occupy a place, this bridge construction is convenient, reasonable force, cost economy, driving comfort, it is precisely because of these advantages prestressed continuous rigid frame bridge in recent years To the rapid development of the bridge, the linear control of the construction process carried out a series of control and measurement. Through the measurement of the elevation of the bridge at different stages of the construction and the measurement of the tensile prestress to ensure that the bridge in the construction process is linear. The analysis of the construction structure of the bridge is concerned with the influence factors such as temperature, prestress, shrinkage and so on during the construction process and the structural characteristics of the bridge's long span and hanging basket construction to ensure the safety, comfort and durability of the bridge Sex. In the process of structural analysis, it is better to ensure the safety of the bridge through the theoretical calculation of the theory and the comparison of the measured data.
The theoretical calculation of the structure is based on the establishment of structural models in Midas Civil, the drawings of the data and structural features built in the model. Midas' theoretical data and support for the bridge construction that each stage should have is provided for each construction phase of this box structure bridge, thus providing a theoretical reference for the measured data.
This paper will build a bridge structure model by using Midas through the Wenzhou Bridge project. The simulation of the construction process and the characteristics of the continuous rigid frame bridge is carried out, and the difference between the measured value and the theoretical value is obtained. Finally, the use of data processing methods for this difference to adjust, making the theoretical value and the measured value as far as possible consistent. The method of structural analysis of prestressed continuous rigid frame bridge is obtained.

1.1 预应力混凝土连续钢构桥概述
交通事业是一个国计民生的非常重要的基础设施建设,特别是对于我国这种幅员辽阔,地形复杂,江河分布广泛的地理形势。在这种地理形势的的趋势下需要更多的交通基础设施的建设。铁路,公路,桥梁的需求量便在大大增加。
桥梁的建设对于我国的交通线路的基础建设具有非常大的作用,其连接了不同的地形之间的线路畅通。预应力连续钢构桥便是现今桥梁发展中的一种应用广泛,发展迅速的桥梁形式。这种桥梁因其刚度大、桥身变形小、桥中伸缩缝少、桥整体抗震力强、桥面行车平顺、养护简易等特点,在城市道路、高速公路、铁路及高铁等的交通设施中应用非常广泛。截面形式多以箱梁为主。因此,通过对这种桥梁的设计、受力及其结构分析并通过一些软件的结构建模分析得出桥梁施工所遵从的数据规范和施工方法对于我国的桥梁的建设和发展都具有一定的帮助和促进。
