浅析建筑消防中存在的问题和对策

[摘要]随着我国的经济高速发展，建筑消防变得越来越重要。然而，近年来我国建筑火灾情况日趋严重，对人们生命财产安全造成严重危害。根据建筑消防设计、施工和设施维护管理现状及问题进行探讨，从而得出解决这些问题的对策。为了解决这些问题，我们应该提高建筑消防的水平质量，加强从业者的安全和消防意识，加强各部门的沟通交流和监督。

Analysis of the problems and Countermeasures in building fire protection

Abstract: With the rapid development of China's economy, building fire becomes more and more important. However, in recent years, the situation of building fire in our country is becoming more and more serious. According to the present situation and problems of building fire protection design, construction and facilities maintenance management, the countermeasures to solve these problems are obtained. In order to solve these problems, we should improve the level of quality of building fire protection, strengthen the safety and fire awareness of practitioners, strengthen communication and supervision of various departments.

1.建筑消防的重要性

随着我国的经济高速发展，建筑消防变得越来越重要。当火灾发生时，一个完善的建筑消防，能为消防队快速扑灭火灾给予保证，从而保护人民的人身和财产安全。但由于在设计施工和维护中存在一些问题，使得消防系统发挥不了作用，严重影响灭火工作的顺利开展。

2009年2月9日，北京市朝阳区东环中央电视台新址园区在建的附属文化中心大楼工地发生火灾，失火面积10余万平方米，1位消防人员捐躯，6人受伤，火灾持续了3个半小时。

2010年11月15日，伤害市精安区，一栋高层公寓起火，导致58人遇难，70余人受伤，56人失踪。
