1. 毕业设计(论文)的内容和要求

酰胺键的还原是一个很常见的有机反应,但通常还原成醛或者醇,直接脱氧还原成亚甲基是一个很有挑战性的研究。

目前,直接脱氧还原的方法是通过有机硅烷做还原剂,金属或者硼酸化合物作为催化剂。

这些方法存在着诸如反应选择性不佳,有机硅烷性价比不高等问题。
