大型港航物流集团的供应链转型策略及其标杆分析毕业论文

摘 要

从全球范围来看,企业发展供应链是大势所趋。在经济上,中国与全球都在发生着各种各样的合作,商业的模式、技术方法和消费模式正在进行着快速的发展,在变化多端的时代,供应链管理变得越来越具有研究价值,各公司都在积极调整应对行业新形势下的挑战与机遇,国家对于供应链将越来越重视,武汉港发集团也是顺应潮流,适时专注供应链的转型策略。

本文以供应链的转型策略为研究对象,在系统工程和价值链等供应链相关理论的基础上,以国内相关供应链企业为案例,深入了解并熟悉供应链平台企业的案例背景、运作机制、发展优势等内容。总结对比结果,为武汉港发集团提供发展思路,具有理论和实践的意义。

本文分成五个章节,第一章节是绪论部分,介绍了选题的背景、目的和意义,还有研究的基本内容、目标、技术路线和研究方法;第二章节是相关理论和文献综述,介绍了供应链理论中核心的系统工程和价值链理论,以及差异化战略和SWOT模型的企业案例分析方法;第三章节是企业供应链转型案例部分,从案例背景、运作机制和案例分析三方面对厦门建发股份有限公司、厦门象屿股份有限公司和深圳怡亚通供应链股份有限公司这三家企业的供应链运营业务进行分析和总结优势点;第四部分是武汉港发集团的供应链转型分析,包括集团的现状分析内容和SWOT分析,再依据对标案例的总结和结合第四章前半段的分析,得出武汉港发集团供应链转型策略的结论;最后一章对论文进行总结以及对未来提出展望。

本文通过对供应链企业的案例分析和武汉港发集团的转型动因分析得出如下结论:第一,在战略上,需要以市场为导向,继续加大投资建设的规模,发挥港航资源的集聚优势,同时利用好现代化技术整合资源,把握国家绿色发展方向;第二,在资产配置上,要对集团整体资产进行重组优化,培育旗下优势企业,吸收融资快速发展自身品牌,此外要加大对新一代信息技术的研发投入,赋能科技造福企业;第三,在风险控制上,需建立风控体系,建设资金管理制度和流程;第四,在人才制度上,应该广纳贤才,建设廉洁作风,打造高效率的团队,充分弘扬港航文化精神。

本文希望通过研究出武汉港发集团的供应链转型策略,为其他想往供应链方向转型的企业在策略上有一定的借鉴意义。

Abstract

From a global perspective, it is the general trend for enterprises to develop supply chains. Economically, various cooperation are taking place in China and the world. Business models, technical methods and consumption models are undergoing rapid development. In an era of change, supply chain management has become more and more researched. Value, companies are actively adjusting to meet the challenges and opportunities of the new industry situation. The state will pay more and more attention to the supply chain. Wuhan Port And Shipping Development Group Co., Ltd. also follows the trend and focuses on the supply chain transformation strategy in a timely manner.

This paper takes the transformation strategy of supply chain as the research object. Based on the theories of system engineering and value chain, and taking the domestic related supply chain enterprises as the cases, it deeply understands and is familiar with the case background, operation mechanism, development advantages and other contents of the supply chain platform enterprises. It is of theoretical and practical significance to summarize the comparison results and provide development ideas for Wuhan Port And Shipping Development Group Co., Ltd..

This paper is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is the introduction part, which introduces the background, purpose and significance of the topic, as well as the basic content, objectives, technical routes and research methods of the research. The second chapter is related theories and literature review, which introduces the core system engineering and value chain theory in the supply chain theory, as well as the enterprise case analysis method of differentiation strategy and SWOT model. The third chapter is the case part of enterprise supply chain transformation, which is based on the case Scene, operation mechanism and case analysis analyze the supply chain operation business of Xiamen Camp;D Inc., Xiamen Xiangyu Co., Ltd. and Eternal Asia Supply Chain Management Ltd.; The fourth part is the supply chain transformation analysis of Wuhan Port And Shipping Development Group Co., Ltd., including the current situation analysis and SWOT analysis of the group, and then according to the summary of the standard cases and the analysis of the first half of Chapter IV, draw the conclusion of the supply chain transformation strategy of Wuhan Port And Shipping Development Group Co., Ltd.; the last chapter summarizes the paper and puts forward the outlook for the future.

Based on the case analysis of supply chain enterprises and the analysis of transformation motivation of Wuhan Port And Shipping Development Group Co., Ltd., this paper draws the following conclusions: first, in terms of strategy, it is necessary to continue to increase the scale of investment and construction, give full play to the advantages of port and waterway resources, and make good use of modern technology to integrate resources to grasp the direction of national green development; second, in terms of asset allocation, it is necessary to focus on the group We should reorganize and optimize the overall assets, cultivate its advantageous enterprises, absorb financing and develop its own brand rapidly. In addition, we should increase investment in research and development of the new generation of information technology to enable science and technology to benefit the enterprise; third, in risk control, we need to establish risk control system, build fund management system and process; fourth, in talent system, we should recruit talents, build a clean style and create Efficient team, fully carry forward the cultural spirit of Hong Kong and shipping.

This paper hopes to research out the supply chain transformation strategy of Wuhan Port And Shipping Development Group Co., Ltd., which can be used for reference by other enterprises who want to transform in the direction of supply chain.
