摘 要

随着订单农业在我国的不断发展，其为我国的农业带来了新的面貌的同时也产生了新的矛盾，农业供应链成员之间由于各种不确定因素的影响导致双方合作出现矛盾，进而导致订单农业的履约率很低，因此，如何对订单农业供应链进行协调是如今面临的一大问题，在这其中，有效的供应链契约的制定起着决定性的作用，如何保证供应链各成员之间利润均匀分配，提高履约率是本文的研究重点。

本文研究的是在产出随机的条件下的供应链的协调问题。研究“公司 农户”型订单农业，分析比较了普通批发价格契约与“保底收购，随行就市”政策下批发价格契约这两种不同的批发价格契约中农户与公司的决策行为与供应链绩效的变化情况，再在此基础上，设计风险共担契约，建立基于风险共担的供应链模型，将其与无协调情况下和集中式供应链决策进行对比，研究风险共担契约对实现供应链协调的作用，并用实例证明风险共担契约的可行性，最终通过算例证明了它的可行性。

Abstract

With the continuous development of contract farming in China, it has brought a new dimension to the agriculture. At the same time, there is a new contradiction between the contract farming supply chain members due to various uncertain factors. So how to coordinate the contract farming supply chain is the major problem, the preparation of the supply chain contract plays a decisive role. How to ensure the profit distribution among the members of the supply chain and improve the compliance rate is the focus of this paper.

This paper deals with the coordination of supply chains under uncertain conditions of output. Based on the "Company Farmer" type of contract farming, the paper analyzes and compares company and farmer’s changes of the decision-making behavior and the supply chain performance under the two mechanisms of the general wholesale price contract and the "bottom acquisition, follow the market" policy .On the basis of this, a model of supply chain coordination based on risk sharing is established, which is compared with the supply chain without coordination and centralized decision-making , and the effect of risk-sharing contract on the realization of supply chain coordination is studied. The feasibility of the contract is expounded and the feasibility of the contract is proved by an example finally.

第1章 绪论

1.1 论文研究背景

订单农业又称为合同农业或者契约农业，是现代农业经营模式中的一种销量定产的新型农业模式，实际上就是农户与农产品购买者在未生产农产品之前事先签订合同，然后根据合同条款组织农户进行产品的生产和销售的经营模式。这样的模式成功的将农场品的生产和销售环节结合起来，降低了农业生产的自然风险和市场风险，加快了农业产业化的发展。

发达国家的订单农业发展的比较早，始于19世纪，其中值得一提的是美国的订单农业发展很成熟，美国政府对于订单农业的发展趋势很有远见，由于合同中农户总是处于弱势，因此美国政府便出台了一系列的法律法规其主要原因是美国政府出台了一系列的法律法规来规范订单农业的发展，不仅保护了合同签订双方的利益，特别是对合同中弱势的一方进行了立法保护。
