in order to figure out relevant aspects of ibc and which factors have effect on the accuracy of translation, i did the following steps. first of all, i read the some kinds of ibc. in this way, i can get familiar with the content and a whole comprehension of ibc. the internet also provides me with abundant background information and the features and ibc development process. with the rapid development of chinese foreign trade and the constant increase of foreign economic activities and technological cooperation, international business contracts, as a type of legal document, are showing more and more importance. i used traditional libraries and e-libraries to find a lot of documents which can let me understand the ibc translation features well.
