This paper mainly focuses on the strategic issues of Chinese political publicity translation from the perspective of cross-cultural. With the improvement of China's comprehensive national strength and international influence, the international community is paying close attention to everything that happens in China. Publicity plays an important role in the internationalization. And it is necessary for translators in the process to consider the differences between the two languages and cultures. On the basis of translation theory and the 19th CPC National Congress reports the translation practice of English-to-Chinese, and through the in-depth analysis of typical translation cases, this paper will explore the strategic issues of Chinese political publicity translation from the perspective of cross-cultural.

2. Collect data and materials for the paper and write the paper on schedule.
