第一章 设计资料及要求
1.1工程概况
本工程为实际应用课题,地点在广州,为广州科学城综合研发孵化区A组团办公室设计。结构为5层钢筋混凝土框架,底层层高为4.2m,其余层均为3.6m。
1、气象资料
基本风压:0.50kN/m2 ,
2、工程地质资料
(1)岩土工程勘察报告由某建筑设计院提供,根据勘测报告,拟建场地地势平坦,表面为杂填土,以下粉质粘土及粘土;无液化土层分布,稳定地下水位埋深2.52m,对钢筋混凝土无侵蚀性。
(2)基础形式:根据场地工程地质特征及拟建建筑物结构荷载特征fa=195KPa,建议采用柱下独立基础,以层粉质粘土作为持力层。
